I’m not sure if I completely understand your question, but if you’re asking can you build your list by promoting a squeeze page you got from an affiliate program, the answer is no.
There’s big money in “the list” I hope I answered the question you had. Good luck!
Very few affiliate programs allow you to build your list and their list at the same time. Unless you have tied your auto-responder account to that squeeze page then you’re probably not building a list.
You need to build your own squeeze page and include your own opt-in form in there to build your list which is something that you should do immediately!
