Would many women be offended when if a man helpfully pointed out that their boobs are exposed?
I know some years ago when I was a University student, one year there, on one day of o (orientation) week,
I was having a look at the different stalls for the various sports and societies affiliated with the student union, and I later walked along/parralel to one long stall/tables – which has different information, papers, materials on it about the medical/health science society (I think it was – even though I wasn’t enrolled in a health science course myself) and as I kept walking along from left to right of that particular stall/area where they were set up, I walked near the end of that wide stall/area continuing to look down at the various materials/papers/information on the tables, and there was one young woman – medical student standing behind the table/stall with one of those medical outfits on, (as all the medical students there seemed to be wearing), and I can’t remember if she was leaning forward or not, but as my line of vision was looking down along the table, I noticed she was showing some cleavage, and as I scanned my vision along to the right of where she was looking at what was on the table/bench, she might have noticed (become aware) I had seen her cleavage/breasts, etc, because she said: “My breasts are showing” or “Oh my g… my breasts are showing.” and she then adjusted the part of her medical outfit around her bust/front.
Although they were noticeable and visible, I was focused on seeing what information/things were laid out on the tables/benches. I’m not so sure this female student deliberatley had them showing, it was probably just an accident.

Why Do Women Show Or Expose Their Breasts With Low Cut Blouses/shirts/tops?

Simple. It’s because they want guys to look at them. Otherwise they wouldnt wear such clothes.
Easy answer for Males she wants to see how long you stare at her , to approve of her. Men seem to show there chests off too! So in my books if you got a good set of breasts flaunt them. I work with young woman all the time and they seem to show quite a bit too, but I am sure its just the way they dress and are oblivious to their breasts just like men are.
Who cares? As long as they keep doing it, I’m satisfied!
In your case, it seems like it was an accident, she didn’t mean to show them.
But in general, when people don’t have to wear uniforms, etc., and choose to wear low cut articles of clothes, it is because they want to reveal a somewhat part of their body, maybe they think it’s their best feature, who knows? There might be no reason for wearing low cuts though, one might be just more comfortable with that or want to be trendy!
Anyhow, if you’re wondering if women would be offended if you “helpfully” pointed that their boobs are exposed, there might be some possibility. It sorta depends on how you approach them and tell them that. If it looks like their top isn’t in place and it was accidentally showing, then I don’t think they’ll get offended, but again it matters how you tell them that, if you have a serious tone and stuff, she might be neutral and just thank you for telling her. If you go up to a woman who purposely wore her top in a way to show her cleavage, and you approach her in that serious manner, she’d prolly give you a weird look and just go away. If you do that in a flirty kinda way, like maybe give her a compliment on her top or such, she might smile at you and stuff. It really depends on your approach and the type of woman, also, depends on the relationship you have with her, I say. Maybe it’s your friend, or could be a new friend, or maybe she’s just a stranger.

They think the only way a guy notices them is if they act easy and show more skin. They’re insecure that only nerds would notice them and they’d be labelled as ‘conservative bible girls’ if they even wore turtle necks. Its so sad and sometimes you girls showing so much skin it almost seems like there’s a competition going on on who’s got bigger boobs or nicer legs. Look at the media, ever since Katy ***** pery came out with her **** song of kissing a girl and many girl on girl ensembles have been goin on cuz they think guys like that.
Fortunately not all girls are like that.
theres many reasons why girl wear low shirts.
this girl your talking about i think she kind of just came out (an accident)
others wear them as a trend
some thought the shirt was cute bought then realized or its really low
some do it for the gents out there.
others might like how it looks
and then there are the ones like me who wear them because its comfortable.
i dont wear them for the boys. i just wear them because its beats having to pull on the collar all the time, i also think higher shirts look kind of manly.
