HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with one of the other answers that using your Capslock is not a very polite way to ask a question. Having said that, here is some brief information on Ecology.
You did not write in which grade you are, so I will give you some information, and hope that it is neither too simple or too complex for you.
Ecology is the study of living things (plants, animals, or even microorganisms) in relationship to their environment. In every different environment you will find different organisms. You will find ferns, trees, squirrels, and deer in a forest, and grass, antelopes, and lions in a savannah. Ecologists will study what causes these differences. Grass might need a lot of sunlight and does not like to grow under a tree. A squirrel likes nuts so it would not able to find these in grass lands.
A “niche” is a specific environment in which an organisms can (likes to) grow. Plants and animals together form a food web because certain animals eat certain plants, and other, bigger animals will eat smaller animals.
On your trip to the beach, you will probably find different plants and animals (crabs, seashells) than in a forest. You might also count the number of different species and compare that to other environments.
Here are some websites about ecology – again, they might be too simple or too complex. I will give some of each:http://kids.nceas.ucsb.edu/ecology/ecoin…http://idahoptv.org/dialogue4kids/season…http://www.ecokids.ca/pub/homework_help/…http://www.eoearth.org/article/Ecologyhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecology
It sounds like a lot of fun to spend a day on the beach instead of in the classroom! Have fun!
Please don’t use caps lock like that, it looks like you’re shouting.
Wikipedia’s actually quite good for this sort of thing, though you should follow information it gives you back to the source. Otherwise, I suggest googling the organisms you’re interested in and seeing what turns up. If you have specific questions you can come here and ask them.
well your in luck because I am the very model of a modern Major-General, I’ve information vegetable, animal, and mineral,
goggle
All you need to do is find some basics.
I’m not sure exactly what you’re after so I suggest you google it.
