30 arrears,poor english, after all these years,..mmm.. dont get disheartened Ashok -seek the advices of a good counselor.
I didn’t qualify for the scholarship scheme for A&M so I decided to so I opted my scholarship through another organization.
Signing up for the same one I did doesn’t prevent you from getting one direct with your university as normal either, and so a great solution. Lemme see if I can dig out the address for you.
