I Want To Start Making Deep Poems With My Emotions And Experiences, What Kind Of Poetry Is Best For His?

It really don’t matter the style of poetry you use…it depends on you, what chu put on the paper. If your just writing to write or if your pouring your heart on the paper. Write something that is out of your comfort zone. Something that will impact the world
write about one emotion after another in increasing intensity, what causes that emotion, how you cope or feel, every different part should be about the same size, write alternate possibilities about how it could be, don’t refer to yourself to something else like using similes unless that is the overall message.
like don’t say you are sad like a gray cloud in a poem about something else, other wise it’s a song
