   “Take back schemes” likely means that there is a return policy. “Niche second hand” suggests that the seller will accept certain “used” clothing that fills a particular “niche” such as designer wear or Hawaiian-print shirts or denim jeans.

   Your sentence makes no sense, you have obviously written it incorrectly. Is it– “Take back schemes and niche second hand clothes”? If so, I would take it to be saying, “don’t cloth yourself in dishonesty, don’t wear such clothing and put it away in its place.”
