I want to know how I can get my ads to be as ubiquitous as theirs. What is their marketing secret? Is it just that they spend so much per click google has their ads everywhere or is it that they are targeting me ever since i visited their website that one time?

Those are called behavioural ads or interest-based ads — which retargets visitors previously exposed to the brand (e.g. whether they’ve shopped before, put ads in the shopping cart and left, visited the site before)
