Was wondering if someone knows anything that allows you refer your customers i.e for adwords so you can get some revenue for referral?

There’s no affiliate program.
No affiliate program, no doubt you are aware of the Adsense program that pays sites just over 50% of the cost of clicks on ads displayed on their sites.
Some marketers, etc. are issued discount vouchers to hand out, while there is no commission, they can be used to the marketers benefit, like the case of web hosting companies offering them as signup bonuses.
