I currently attend a state university in U.S.. My major is Biology/Life science, and I plan to take some advance science courses and maybe a couple basic course. First, Korea University is actually affiliated with my home school, so it will be easier for me to go through the process, transfer credits, and it will also be cheaper. But I also hear good experiences from Yeonsei. The thing that worries me most is the difficulty level of these schools since they are one of the top schools in Korea. I’m looking forward to the cultural experiences, so I don’t want to be stuck at school studying hardcore 24/7 but I can’t let my gpa go any lower because I plan to enter med school after I graduate. I’m also fluent in Korean but I want to take all my courses taught in English since I’m more used to hearing all those scientific words in English 🙂
both schools are tough
you’re choosing the top two of south koreas universities
if you want a really good cultural experience and still maintain a high gpa either risk stressing frequently or try for a different university
