I have just turned 16 and i feel a bit of nostalgia as i look in the past years, it seems a bit unbelievable this new age, yet old in a sense. I know a person cannot change overnight surely, but gradually and at some time this year the change will become obvious. And yet still i don’t know where i’m going.
Would it be generally time to decide what to do in life, from the age of 16? because in a blink of an eye you’re 1 year older soon again
You’re way too young to be worrying so much. You don’t even know yet what you’re good at, and you won’t know until you finish school and, hopefully, college, and then try a couple of jobs. Give it time and learn to enjoy your life. That’s by far and away the most important skill you can have. Good luck!
We have to have a niche?
First, most people live life “day-by-day.” You give indications that you are already developing sound ideas as to exactly what you want your life to be. Good for you.
As you grow older, start writing down what you want to with your life. Constantly add new ideas to your list. What you write down, will come true for you. Not titles, such as job titles; write down what you want to do all your life, school, work, home life, etc. The more, the better.
Important to remember: if you do not write down what you want in life, others will decide your life for you. And you may not like what they decide for you.
More important; never show you list to any one else. They will look at it, tell you why you cannot do what is on the list; and then you will quit, before you try.
You’ll discover several niches as your life progresses, and they change too sometimes. There’s no set rule for things like that. I just recently changed careers into something I never thought I’d do (I became a Pimp, just kidding).
i never found it i’m 21 i been praying to God for 21 years asking him what to do with my life he will answers my prayers i just got to keep waiting all i can say to you is pray to God
Two.
Why? Haven’t you yet?
Wow, at 16 and you still don’t know.
I guess it is all over for you.
Too bad you did not start earlier.
LOL
You will have a dozen jobs and half as many “careers” in your life.
Enjoy them all and don’t worry about what you are NOT doing.
Just enjoy what you are.
knowing what one should be doing in life is the ultimate teleology of instinct and intuition,
what promotes inner happiness is when happiness arises from the sensation of desire,
we are always a reality within an entity in itself, so at times ones niche can be conceived by thought,
not by experience, the complexity of ourselves is an innate sense of where we feel at peace,
from the intuition of feeling rather than reason one sees a particular reality to adhere their effectiveness with an inner motive for every choice.
give ye self time young lady,
there is not only vocational goals to enhance towards,
but also what you feel inside is your place in existence,
if you are artistic,
then you have a whole spectrum to experiment with.
you are a very intelligent young lady,
i’m sure time will guide your heart,
ones niche,
is where one feels the most peace of mind.
it could be as a doctor, scientist, teacher,
or just creating for the sake of art.
