Should I start a blog? If so, which blog service would be best for a photographer to promote his work?
My work consists mostly of people. The genre is between art and fashion. I’m still trying to find my footing/style and niche. It is quite frustrating! :S

I recommend deviantART.com or starting your own website.
500px.com is a nice photo portfolio site. I ended up taking my profile down, because I felt like a fish out of water there, but my pictures started getting views pretty quickly.
I would also recommend your own website.
You have got model release forms signed for all your subjects? You can’t just publish (on the Web is classed as publishing i.e. making public) peoples images without their permission.
