Step 1: Go to clickbank.com and create an account.

Step 2: Choose products related to your website. Get your affiliate links and put them in your website.

You may sign-up for one of the networks: ShareAsale, LinkShare or Commission Junction and apply for affiliate programs there.
Of course you need to generate traffic to your pages to make sales.
