Hi,
It says in the eligibilty conditions of PTU CET that an applicant must be a student of an institution in Punjab. Are not students who have completed 10+2 from Himachal Pradesh eligible? I know many students from Himachal who are studying in colleges affiliated to PTU. How come?

Well, u need to update ur knowledge. There is going to be no cet test from ptu from now onwards.They will just see ur aieee rank for councelling.
Secondly,as u r from himachal, u will be applying under outsiders category(15% reservation) and it will help u even if u get a bad aieee rank.
