What do you guys think?:
I’m thinking of starting a sort of webpage designed for college students where they can post up about parties (frats/sororities/college sponsored events). you type in a zip code, and get a bunch of results. Thoughts? Has facebook already stolen that niche?

facebook does have a feature such as that but it is not the sites main niches dont give up on your idea keep going also if you need funding try kickstarter.com lastly i would say learn how to write a business plan and youre good to go
There is a website like that for my school and a few others nearby.. but it’s not too popular because kids usually already know about the sponsored stuff. What they want to find out about are big house parties or unregistered frat parties, which can’t be posted online or the cops would show up.
