I’m having problems with e-mail sent from a specific domain being treated as spam by AOL, as well as other types of errors that suggest AOL doesn’t like *something* about these e-mails. However the error information isn’t specific enough to solve the problem. I’ve requested getting on their whitelist and only know that they’ve received the request (months ago) and have referred it to the appropriate department. At this point I feel it’s necessary to get on the phone with someone. Is there a phone number that gets me to someone or some department that performs this role? I have a customer service number which I’m guessing will be a dead end. I’ve found 800 numbers on the web which I’m guessing are just third parties who aren’t affiliated with AOL. Of course, if you ask why anyone would have an AOL account anymore, you’ll have to post it as a separate question here!
