   As long as the ad fits within the Adwords guidelines (i.e. it isn’t pretending to link to a different site and it isn’t linking to a spam site), it should be fine. There are plenty of searches on Google for “kama sutra” (4 million worldwide monthly, according to the Keyword Tool), so a legitimate, relevant ad would simply go alongside those searches.

   I suggest you read the Adsense guidelines.
   They have been very strict so far on who they accept.
   I’ve also heard that you must have a functioning privacy policy to get accepted.
