Please could I have some advice on the UK’s video creation and sharing laws.
Is a website allowed to share or even sell a users uploaded video content if it is a part of their Terms and Conditions which have to be read and ticket before every upload. Also the video content being uploaded by the user was produced by that person or that person has the right/ been given permission to use the content upon which is being uploaded.
The sites T&C’s are along the lines of :
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, Users acknowledge and accept that the site has the right to use a user uploaded content.
By a user agreeing to the terms and conditions, Users acknowledge and accept that the site may use uploaded user video content across their own site and affiliated social platforms.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, Users acknowledge and accept that uploaded user content may be provided to affiliated third party companies. User understand third party companies have the right to use this content for the purpose of consumer research and have the right to displaying this content on on their own website site and other affiliated websites.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, Users acknowledge and accept that the site has the right to use and edit uploaded user content. User content will be edited by adding a small watermark company logo at the bottom right side of the video clip and will display throughout the duration of the video.

If anyone can recommend a firm or even person that specialises in UK Video Law please post a link or contact info.
Really appreciate any help!

Someone who supports Hitler and National Socialism with tattoos affiliated with it.
Judge by that or accept each to their own?

Hi guys
I’m currently working on an essay titled “The Role of Sympatric Speciation in Animal Evolution”
I’ve currently mentioned a few points on habitat differentiation (niche differentiation => temporal isolation => sub-population becoming reproductively isolated => new species)
I’m going to mention polyploidy (however it is insanely more common in plants than animals. Find it difficult to find examples of polyploidy in animals.)
I’m going to mention habitual differentiation (how females will can be very selective of their mates, i.e only go for a certain colour etc.)
Can you guys think of anything else which would fit in nicely? I’m struggling to find examples of sympatric speciation, and I think I’m struggling to find examples of sympatric speciation and not just speciation.
Thanks!
Blue!

My family is initially muslim, however we do not practice muslim and do not really affiliate with any particular religion. My sister who is 15 has been hanging with extremely religious upper clansmen seniors and she has lied to us saying she was going to birthday parties but really going to get “saved” or out with those friends to annoy the hell about people by convincing them whats right or wrong. My question is my mother wants me to talk to my sister to stop believing in it because she feels her friends brain wash her and i feel the same way but i think she’s at the point of no return and we can’t convince her to not believe in it yet we totally are against it. is there anything i can do?
