a Victoria Secret logo on a personalized skinit.com phone skin?
Soon (as soon as the template is up) I plan on designing a skin for my iPod Touch 5G with skinit.com. They let you use any picture you like. Is it okay to put a big PINK by VS logo on my design and buy it? It isn’t like I’m marketing them, and they don’t make one.

Is this company furnishing you with the picture off their website, or are you copying it from a magazine or something. If the company is offering it to you, then the worry about legality is their’s. If you are copying it from a magazine, for example, then you technically would be guilty of a version of copyright infringement in that you reproduced their logo without their permission. Would you ever be caught? I doubt it.
It would be roughly the quivalent of downloading music from the internet without paying for it or getting permission to do so from the band or their agency. You still aren’t selling the music or otherwise profiting from it, but it is illegal.
