I want to act as an affiliate for a currency exchange broker online.
If i create a page on my website which is a ‘recommended broker’ page and refer my customers to a particular broker for which in return I get a commission, does that require FSA regulation.
If not, does anyone know any exact section in the FSMA that exempts this kind of activity from being regulated.

Why not check direct with the FSA to be absolutely sure?
For sure check with the FSA to be sure, otherwise you will pay the price.
I’m not sure what you mean by regulation, but anyone that refers business to me for a commission must make it known to the client being referred that they are being compensated for the referral.
