What Is O’brian’s Problem On “downton Abbey”?

I get why Thomas is a son of a *****. He feels like an oppressed minority (gay) against world, but what’s her excuse? She obviously has a conscience, so she’s not just a sociopath.

Canadian University Marks?

Do most Canadian Universities (specifically Western, and its affiliated schools) look at grade 11 marks? I have 3 classes with marks in the high 80’s (I am a grade 11 student) and one that my exam will probably bring down to a low seventy. Will this stop me from getting into a good university?

Do You Think He’s Embarrassed?

So there’s this guy – as always. We’ve been on/off for a while, but never really established a relationship, mostly because we’ve been living in different places for about three years (we’ve known each other for five). We don’t always keep in touch, just occasional texting, and we Skyped twice a few months ago, but that’s it.
Anyway, I saw him after Christmas (we both visited our home town), and he seemed interested – was flirting with me, smiling/laughing, poking me and stayed close. However, I asked him if he wanted to hang out the next day, and he never got back to me on it (I texted him, because I had to leave early). Since then, I’ve texted him twice, but he only replied once, which has really been bugging me, because I don’t understand how he could be so warm to me, and then cut me off immediately?
I figured he wasn’t interested anymore and decided to be immature and not tell me, but I found out that he’d quit his job (possibly because of a break down??) and was now driving around selling stuff door-to-door, and apparently he might settle in a city thirty minutes away from mine (I’ve told him how great it is here). I’m attending a pretty prestigious college, wanting to go to med-school, etc – like, I have big dreams and goals, and I’m a pretty ambitious person. He dropped out of community college, bounced around jobs, moved back in with his mom, then moved away again – he just hasn’t found his niche, really, and I was wondering if maybe that might be the reason he stopped talking to me? Do you think he’s embarrassed about his situation? Or I am just so desperate that I can’t face fact that he doesn’t even want to be friends anymore?
Haha, thanks!

What Is Wrong With My Chihauhua? Is She Scared Of Me?

I’ve had my Chihuahua for 9 years, and we have always been really close. Closer than anything in the world. Were I would go she would follow me. If someone got near me in a aggresive way she would defend me. She loved me so much. But she has been behaving weird this past week. Let me explain. Everyday my bro and I always hang out at my mom’s room its bright and I feel good there I guess it has a “family” feel to it. So there was a time in which I would go to my mom’s room and leave my dog in my room. I dint realize it was bad for her until weeks later. Like literally she would be locked up in there all day I would feed her there and she would only go out to pee/poo. So now I take her with me everywere I take her out to walk and she is always with me in mom’s room. Recently she came up with a tooth abscess and while I come up with the money to take her to get it removed she has been more attched to me. I understand that she is in pain and scared so she doesn’t wanna be alone. But now she doesn’t want to go to my room. That’s were she sleeps in my room with me. It has been like that since forever, since she was born. She doesn’t want to leave with me to my room. At all. My mom says its because she is scared of me and my room but I think she doesn’t want to go there because she thinks ima leave her locked in there again. What do you think? Is she scared of something in the room? Or me? Or of being locked up all over again.?

Is There One Product That Is Intended To Be Sold To Millions, And In Demand, But Not Sold In Stores?

I use this question to challenge multi-level marketers, network marketers, and people who don’t know math, don’t know business.
My point is this : I have never heard of ONE product, that has the demand of millions and isn’t sold in stores.
First criteria is that the seller/manufacturer actually intends to sell it to millions, and not a niche, fad, short term small supply. If a product is in fact intended to be sold to a small audience, fine, they can’t then turn around and claim there is unlimited potential income.
Second criteria is that there is actual demand for the product, and people actually want it. The best test of this, as far as I am aware, is people asking for the product, not the other way around. Stores carry products because they believe there’s demand, stores are less likely to waste time risking to shelve, acquire, or ship products around if there isn’t a good chance it’ll sell.
If the two criteria are met, I have never ever seen a product that isn’t sold in stores. Because if there’s demand, there’s profit, and why wouldn’t any store want a piece of the profit if it was real?
Therefore, isn’t it fair to say that any product intended to be sold to millions and has the demand of millions, can always be found in stores, and any product that fails to be found in stores (including online stores, Amazon, eBay) has no demand, no profits?
(We are assuming it’s a legal product)
Can anybody help me find ONE exception to this rule? Is there any reason a product CAN be sold in stores, or wholesale, but seller DOESN’T WANT TO? I can’t believe that. I am more than happy to believe the stores don’t carry the item because there’s no demand, no profits.
