Not taking on the character-by-character breakdown, sorry.
But in general the thing would be a pain in the neck to make as a video game. It’s not easy at all, as it is, to make polygonal fighting games look attractive in a cel-shaded style (unless you go extremely stylized like the Jet Set/Jet Grind series did once for Sega). But then you have the _morphing_ and shape-warping effects common to something like Darkstalkers even with “Normal Moves”, and well, I just don’t see how it could work visually without its being a confusing mess.
I mean, ok, all Tekken games are, are normal moves, but that hardly helps.
And what would the hassle be for? A seriously niche sort of game–featuring anime-style takes on horror tropes. There wouldn’t be a good risk-reward balance on this thing.
(and really, Anakaris with ANY version of King means you have an over-powered character who can do 100 percent unstoppable pattern multi-grapples to you no matter where you are in the arena. In Tekken you can at least stay AWAY from King for a while. That wouldn’t be possible if he had stretchy mummy limbs and/or the Regressor Curse.)
