Questions About Chondrichthyes?

1) How are they distributed, are there any terrestrial animals? Are they tropical? Arctic? Global? Marine and freshwater, or just marine?
2) What niche or ecological role do these animals fill? Are they primary predators, tertiary predators, filter feeders, etc?
3) Approximately how many species are there?

Upgrade To Nikon D90 Or D5100?

Right now, I’m using a Micro Four Thirds camera called Olympus Pen PL2 (with a kit lens and a 45-150mm zoom lens) I’m pretty happy with the image quality right now but I’m thinking about upgrading for the greater range of advance features/option/controls and lens availability. However, I don’t plan on getting that many lenses in the foreseeable future in order to consider the D90’s internal AF motor over the D5100.
Along with this, I’m buying the cameras used. I could get the D5100’s body and kit lens, or get a D90’s body and about 100$ for another lens.
At the end of the day, I just want greater ranges of control and IQ improvements on the side. Which one should I consider? (My budget is stretched to about 500$. Please don’t suggest getting a D7000, which is out of my budget-range)

Maybe Because Only Three People Died This Trial Didn’t Get The Media Attention It Deserves?

Lane entered the courtroom wearing a button-down shirt, but took it off early in the hearing to reveal a white T-shirt with the word “killer” written on it, according to CNN affiliate WJW. The attire was similar what he was wearing when arrested by police shortly after the killings.
Given the opportunity to speak to the court, Lane made an obscene gesture at the victims’ families and spoke to them using explicit language, the station reported.
He smiled and smirked during much of the hearing, WJW reported, laughing when the prosecutor described him as an “evil person.”
Lane declined to allow his attorneys to present evidence on his behalf at the sentencing hearing before Geauga County Common Pleas Judge David L. Fuhry.
Lane pleaded guilty last month to three counts of aggravated murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder and weapons-related charges in the February 27, 2012, shooting at Chardon High School in northeastern Ohio.
I remember, guess it’s because I’m a Chardon resident.
I just had to say this monster has the devil in him and what he said to the families was more than despicable.
I encourage you to see the video of him making these comments.http://myfox8.com/2013/03/19/ohio-teen-t…
It scares me that this thing was the offspring of neighbors.
Will there be more like him?
I know there will. More psychiatric screening might have saved the lives of the three vistims.

Major In Computer Science Or Accounting?

I am a high school student and I have narrowed my choices of potential college majors to these two: Computer Science and Accounting.
I have interests in both, and some recommended an MIS major. I researched it a bit and MIS seems to lack competitive qualities versus a computer science degree. It also has one of the highest unemployment rates [MIS.].
I have an interest in economics; both the quantitative areas as well as historical concepts of the subject. I chose to consider accounting over economics due to better employment opportunities and how lucrative the degree can be. I plan to get an MBA or Master’s in Economics after some work experience. Then, a CPA after I get enough credit hours.
I was wondering if anyone could help me decide. I’m interested in both, and deciding on one has been stressing me out lately.
Computer Science offers fantastic employment and salary opportunities, but I am afraid of the math difficulty. Technology and its effect on the world has captured my interest. I’m an introverted type, so I thought this would be a good niche. I like mathematics, as I do very well, but I’m not the best of the best in the subject, and I don’t want it to consume my whole major. I like history, and I hate chemistry very much. So, I’m unsure about this. There’s the possibility of age discrimination as I get older as well…
Also, I have absolutely no programming experience whatsoever. I don’t seem to have any time to learn it on the side because I am in the International Baccalaureate. Also, my school doesn’t offer any programming classes.
I noted that a lot of computer science grads have great starting salaries, but usually cap at about $120k. This is still amazing, but I feel that accounting could possibly have better opportunities for salary growth. CFO, Director, etc.
Accounting supports my interest in the systems of a business and working with numbers. It also seems easier to get a stable job, as the only certifications to get are CPA, CMA, etc. and while hard, it beats having to get a plethora of certifications in several different programming languages or applications, etc. that will eventually become obsolete in a computer science type job. As I previously noted, I am also interested in economics, and I’ll probably take some business economics electives. The careers in accounting are a mixed bag. Some say that its a great choice and their work / life balance is good and they receive fantastic salaries. Others say it’s the worst decision they’ve ever made because of no work / life balance, stressful deadlines, and crappy salaries. So I’m confused with that.
Then there’s the fact that my parents and siblings will look down on me for majoring in something as “unfulfilling and boring” [their words] as accounting. -_-
I want to be a benefit to society, rather than a leech or crook, like some of the people who currently run it. I want to benefit humanity through my work.
So please, help me decide! I’m pretty stressed out about which one to choose.

Illuminati – Does It Exist?

Just a general question to hear and compare different opinions because personally I believe there has to be some sort of secret society we don’t know about although I think people take it too far with common musicians. I think its banks and money and government and serious things. Please use sources e.g video links and websites to back up your opinion?

What’s Your Response To Another Murder By Nra Affiliated White Supremacist Gang Members?

http://www.cnn.com/2013/04/03/justice/we…
From another story on the web:
Law enforcement officers have said this killing is believed to be linked to the murders in Colorado and Texas. Law enforcement were expecting a wave of murder attempts by NRA affiliated White Supremacist gang members following the passage of the UN Small Arms treaty earlier this week. Law enforcement officials also said that although this was the only case that actually resulted in the death of a law enforcement officer in the last 48 hours, it was only one of numerous attempts.
What is your response to learning that NRA President Wayne LaPierre ordered his Manson-family style army of young White Supremacist followers to attack law enforcement after passage of the UN treaty?
