I want to be better at vlogging or youtube in general. How do I improve?

Ask for feedback; people watching your videos will want to watch them because they enjoy them – if you want to expand your audience and get more followers, you need to find out what people like that is related to your channel. For example; if your channel is about gaming and you simply record game play, you’ll probably find that people prefer footage with commentary or music, so you’d have to adjust accordingly.
I checked out your channel, and it appears as though your channel is about…stuff. This isn’t a bad thing, but there’s already channels like this. Instead, try to find a particular “niche” that you feel comfortable with and try and provide good quality content. Using a new camera was a good start. 😉
Seek feedback through places like Yahoo! Answers, your Facebook friends, online forums etc.
get and hd camera, good lighting, and make “famous” tags which the ones that everyone do, or just do funny stuff
Film yourself getting hurt/doing embarrassing things.
Be funny and stupid. Just not so stupid tht u get urself killed (:
