I have mixed feelings about this guy and I really would love to figure it out and maybe be enlightened in a different light. I have heard both good and bad things about him from a few different people.
The positives: He’s a really good guy, he’s really nice and was a great kid in school.
The negatives: He’s a womanizer, he has no boundaries for people in a relationship or in general.
We tend to talk almost everyday, we have got flirty, and personal and discuss all kinds of things including our past and previous relationship. One thing I don’t like is that he wants me to send him some risqué pics, not necessarily naked but I am not willing to do so and he knows it.
He seems like he’s really into me because of how often we text and he does smile when he see’s (Almost every weekday) But I remain skeptical. I have asked him time and time again if he would take me out and if we could hang out, outside of work and he keeps letting me know that it’s not okay since we are affiliated with the same company, as much as I don’t like it I understand and respect it completely and think it’s completely responsible and respectable.
He will be leaving our company in June, so I do have 5 months to figure him out but I would love to maybe have an insider help me out with this one.
What really led me to think he may be into me is the fact that he was texting me at his step brothers wedding, when he really could have been enjoying himself.. but apparently I was on his mind.
Any ideas on how i could protect myself, my integrity, get him to want me and make sure he’s completely into me.
Please I am 21 and he’s 26, no stupidity.
Best answer and 10 points well be rewarded to the best answer.

Like I said above I am 17. My boyfriend (who is 23) and I have been living together for about 5 months with his friend as roommates. The thing is that the owner of the home is a personal friend and not affiliated with a professional business, it is her personal house she just lives somewhere else so I am not on the lease here. We are looking to move out into our own place and I was wondering if I can be on the lease considering that I am 17? Can a parent co-sign for me? Can I live there with him without being on the lease but still paying rent? Any additional info would be great.
And please don’t rant about how hard it is to live on your own and what not. I understand this obviously…I have been moved out of my parents house for 5 months. I have recently got a part time job and am looking for another full time position leaving me at about 55 hours a week.
Also I don’t need to hear it about how I am naive and he is too old for me, he’s just using me, ect. We work great together as a team, my parents like him and are ok with this. Nor is he taking advantage of me. I have been in a 3 year relationship full of abuse and been taken advantage of before and I did learn a lot from it. So please…before you go being an aarogant twit and think just because I am young I am ignorant to the world. Being as young as I am I’ve seen and been through quite a lot of enlightening experiences and still learning every day(:
Much appreciated

im currently a freshman at pitt state college. im looking to transfer to a university next year that has the NROTC and apply for scholarship. ive talked to a non affiliated-nrotc officer who is an OSO. he asked me a ton of questions. through all these questions i ended up qualifying, except for 1 problem: my backround record. i disclosed to him that 4-5 months ago (when i was a juvenile-17) i was charged with domestic battery. my mother and i had ended up getting into a small fight. he said that i would have qualified but since the battery was involved with a WOMAN, that it was a whole different story and that i had become disqualified.
my question is, is this a true proper disqualification? and if it is, would the nrotc recruiter disqualify me as well?

Posted on 09 May 2011. Tags: 23 years, 5 months, affiliated computer, affiliated computer services, affiliated computer services inc, computer services inc, fact of the matter, pension plan, severance, what the heck
Long story shortened (I hope I can do it…)…
My husband worked for the same company for 25 years 6 months. At 23 years 5 months, he was told that the business was being sold to another company. They forced the employees to sign paperwork for the new company within 24 hours of notice or threatened that they would no longer be employed immediately if they did not. Everyone signed for fear of unemployment. The fact of the matter is, the business was not being sold to Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. The employees were. After a year and a half, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., began to terminate original employees that were veterans of the original business. My husband became one of them, two weeks before I gave birth to our first child. They told my husband that they would have gotten rid of him much sooner, but wanted us to be able to have health insurance for the birth. Too bad they waited until March 22, 2011 and not any later. I gave birth April 4, 2011. Anyway, it was wrong for them to include the pregnancy at all in their termination conversation.
My biggest concern is that they told my husband that they could not afford to employ him any longer and that they were letting him go due to lack of work. Even though 6 weeks earlier he was working overtime.
My husband is 53, was 52 at time of termination. The Bank, which still owns the business, did not offer severance because ACS became my husbands employer. The bank has the pension plan, which had my husband been on the bank payroll at the 25 year mark, he would have been able to receive a much higher pension.
Anyway, what the heck can we do to resolve this? Most everyone that has been terminated has been over 40, but they are doing it in increments. They are letting people go a couple at time and waiting months in-between.

I have worked there for over 2 years. I’m scared that they will judge me, so I have held off on telling them. I am almost 5 months pregnant and it’s starting to become obvious that I’m gaining baby and not fat. I just had to call in and say that I couldn’t work tomorrow because I have a fever, my boss seems disappointed because I’ve always usually worked when I’m sick. I know if I call and explain to her that I am pregnant and this is my first time being sick with a fever since I’ve gotten pregnant, but I am scared that they will use that as an excuse to not give me as many hours. I am 18 and single, and my work place is religiously affiliated.
I guess what I’m asking is how I should tell my boss (over the phone) tonight when I call her.
