Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I need some good affiliate programs and/or advertising programs where I can advertise products, businesses etc on my site and get paid for it, any suggestions?
Also, not Google AdSense or Yahoo Ads.

I’m already using Google Adsense, Commission Junction and Affiliate Window.
Any other good ones please?

I know they allow Google Adsense, but would they also let you add Affiliated Partners to add their advertisements?

Or can you show me a simple website that has adsense and i could make a similar site?

I have a few blogs which get maybe 100 visitors a month. This isn’t generating much revenue from AdSense. Of course, it’s likely not getting high CPCs on the ads. I don’t want that to be my aim. I’m looking to find what monthly would be good enough traffic to make decent money off of even with low CPCs.
What kind of traffic would give me spending cash, like to see Broadway musicals or something? And what kind of traffic would be required to live comfortably off of it? I don’t need Beyonce numbers. Just something reasonable for a good niche site.
