I own a niche Facebook page with roughly 25,000 fans. I have been approached by several people offering to pay me in exchange for posting advertisements for their company.
Are there any restrictions on Facebook about doing this? I don’t see how they could regulate it anyway if it’s a private transaction outside of Facebook.

If you’re like me, your business may attract a certain clientele… Sometimes, I feel like I’m doing the same thing over and over again without much variety because… well… I’ve found my niche!!
A niche clientele is one where the same type of client comes through the door, asks and buys the services that you offer. Usually, it’s because you’re either great at that work, or that you have positioned yourself in that line of work. Social media, advertising, word of mouth marketing, testimonials all contribute to a niche clientele. What we should be thinking about is how to build that preferred client base…and how to tackle it…??

Premiere Networks, which syndicates the Rush Limbaugh show, told its affiliate radio stations that they are suspending national advertising.
This is really big as far as money goes. I am sure Rush can survive but at what cost. Is this going to cost the show many many millions of dollars?

Hi all, I recently graduated college with a bachelors in advertising account management. Since then I have been vigorously applying for jobs in my field. After applying to about twenty places, one finally called back, a newspaper, and I went on the interview and was offered the job of advertising sales representative.
However the company is a niche newspaper thats concentrated in the gay community. The **** Gay News. I do like the position offered and the work environment, however I feel that if other companies see this on my resume in the future they may be reluctant to hire me or may think I and homosexual (not that there’s anything wring with that -seinfeld).
Am I being paranoid, or could this type of discrimination prevent me from progressing in the future?
