I am currently pursuing engineering in an affiliated college and i totally hate the way the students behave and the professors give lectures….pls help me out by telling me the procedure to change my college after i complete my first semester ..!! ??? pls pls help me out!! ( mine is an Anna University Affiliated college in Tamilnadu..)

I’m currently in a state to reconsider my earlier decision to pursue Electronics & Communication Engineering(ECE) and change my branch to Computer Science & Engineering(CSE). Please somebody who has knowledge on this topic help me out..! I have joined in management quota…..and the classes are yet to start for my 1st Semester. Will i be allowed to change my branch..??

I live in Philadelphia. I’m trying to find a major in web development, not so much the design part (wouldn’t mind it, though) but the coding (php, jquery, and all of those fancy stuff including basics like html and css, etc.)
The only college/university I could find was Drexel, but Drexel is a private university and it’s EXPENSIVE. I need to attend a state affiliated college but I can’t find one with the major I want. I talked to my counselor and he seem a little clueless about web development.

I am going back for my convocation ceremony in November to Malaysia,
I have a University of Sunderland Bachelors Degree from an affiliated college in Malaysia. I want attestation from Ministry of Education of Malaysia. How can I do that?
and depending on my degree, which other attestations would I require?
