I understand there is data released on the “dumbest states,” the states with the best or worst high schools, etc.
America’s education has been on the decline, based on our Standardized Test Scores.
Does the government (or whoever reviews are data) take into account Religious Affiliated/Private schools?
Is all the ranking data solely based on public school?
Are the scores of kids from top Religious/Private schools dismissed?
For instance,I recall hearing (years ago) that Arizona was one of the dumbest states…but I am also aware that some of our nations best high schools reside there, or at least very prestigious ones…?
-perhaps im misinformed but please answer any that you can

Of course not. All U.S. citizens have rights.
