ANYBODY can cause a war. It’s a matter of the human nature of the individuals involved in whatever they are affiliated with. It can be a gang , organization , military factions , etc. Alot of folks may use religion as a medium to oppress others and cause problems but it’s NOT the religion , but it’s the PERSON. So why blame religion???

I am an independent atheist and not affiliated but I would like to have the strength of the league behind me.

The daycare says they’re not religiouslt affiliated. My son came home one day and said that they were taught that baby Jesus was born on Christmas. I don’t want my son growing up with religious bullsh*t. I don’t think it’s right that they teach them about Jesus in a daycare. If someone talked about Zeus or Muhammad, everyone’s parents would flip sh*t. What would you do in my situation?
He’s 4 years old by the way. How is it right for a daycare who says they’re nonreligious to tell them about Jesus?

I personally notice alot of people claiming to be religious or non religious for really wrong reasons. Like like they don’t like the people on the other side for example. Or they’ve been uneducated on the true teachings of a specific religion, or the authenticity behind disbelief for those who have it. Like it makes me angry to see a Christian saying “Atheists are being led by the devil! They think we should kill babies!” and then it makes me angry when Atheists say “Christians are idiots who will believe that the sky is red if the bible says so”. So what do you think about the dickwads on your own side?
Then again, who am I to judge why you believe what ever the hell believe these days.

Supposing that it’s a Christian prayer meeting for kids, that it’s a public school, and not endorsed by or affiliated with the school other than being on school grounds.
