my opinion is that it is not because criminals will find away to get their weapons through the black market even easier because of lack id and background checks.

Why Can Some Employers Pull Up My Misdeamnor I Did…but Some Jobs Cant See It?

When i was 17 i got a misdeamor and i did my 1 year probation and was told that my case would be “sealed” .. i have worked at big retail places that do conduct strict background checks and never had a problem at all!! passed my background check, but recently 2 jobs has seen my case. my question is how can some jobs see since its ” sealed ” and some jobs see my record clear. i have a back ground check for SUITMART this coming monday, do you think i will have a problem,
