Or would it never be touched if I am a tax payer and fulltime worker? and what if the balance went up higher than that, like up to $100,000? would that be taxed or can some of it be taken out of my account without my input on it since the amount is so high? I’m trying to get a better understanding on taxing and economics

I used a third party ATM that was not affiliated with my bank. I withdrew $200 and for whatever reason, it never dispensed my money, but the money and transaction fee was drawn from my bank account. I contacted the owner of the ATM, and they said I would need to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they have said I need to contact the owner of the ATM. Neither party will help me, so now I plan to sue in small claims court. Do I sue my bank, or the owner of the ATM. My friends have suggested I sue my bank as the ATM was acting as an agent of my bank. I am reluctant to sue the bank as my contract with them states I must sue them in Ohio. I believe I need to sue the owner of the ATM, as they are the ones I did business with, and the owner is in my state.
Who should I sue, and legally why should I sue that party?

I had a felony charge of carrying a deadly weapon on New Years of 2010 that was dropped to a misdemeanor on condition of pleading no contest. I have an interview with Wells Fargo as a teller and was wondering if this will affect my employment on my background check.
From what I’ve gathered is that they won’t hire anyone with dishonesty or theft crimes. Haven’t came upon a case like mine. I am plenty experience and know I can get in the only thing worrisome is the fingerprint and background check
I am aware that a criminal background will lead to suspicion but like most applications does Wells Fargos say that a criminal history does not remove you from consideration?
Like I said from what I’ve researched I only see FDIC section 19 which states
Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1829) prohibits, without the prior written consent of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), a person convicted of any criminal offense involving dishonesty or breach of trust or money laundering (covered offenses), or who has agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion or similar program in connection with a prosecution for such offense, from becoming or continuing as an institution-affiliated party, owning or controlling, directly or indirectly an insured depository institution (insured institution), or otherwise participating, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of the affairs of the insured institution. In addition, the law forbids an insured institution from permitting such a person to engage in any conduct or to continue any relationship prohibited by section 19. It imposes a ten-year ban against the FDIC’s consent for persons convicted of certain crimes enumerated in Title 18 of the United States Code, absent a motion by the FDIC and court approval.

Approximately six years later, on February 28, 1994, Dr. Baruch Goldstein woke up early in Kiryat Arba, an Israeli settlement on the West Bank near the ancient Jewish town and contemporary Palestinian Arab city of Hebron. Goldstein was an American Jewish immigrant to Israel also affiliated to Meir Kahane’s organization. The previous day he had meticulously updated his patients’ files and composed a farewell note to his coworkers thanking them for the opportunity to work with them toward the fulfillment of the “complete redemption.” He donned his army uniform, picked up his assault rifle and several clips of ammunition, and went to the Tomb of the Patriarchs in the center of Hebron, where Abraham (Ibrahim to Muslims) is believed buried.
With a marksman’s headset protecting his ears Goldstein brushed aside the unarmed Arab guard and entered the portion of the site reserved as a mosque. The room was packed with Muslims reciting their prayers for the holy month of Ramadan. Goldstein pointed his gun and began killing the kneeling men and boys. When his gun jammed he was beaten to death by desperate survivors, but not before he had shot twenty-nine people to death, wounded dozens more, and unleashed a torrent of violence that seriously jeopardized the budding peace process.
