Here’s what I’m after:
An out-of-the-box web application that would allow me to create a set of questions that points a potential buyer to the product(s) they’re looking for?
If there isn’t such a beast, I’d also be into the following:
An application that displays a table which can be sorted and filtered on-the-fly to the users’ preferences.
Here’s my scope:
I have a website for niche enthusiasts, and I want to help my visitors, who are new to the niche, find products that are best suited for them (trying to make an interactive first-time gun buyers guide). The list of products is roughly 200, and will easily grow to 500, spanning over 20 different product feature characteristics (currently 20 columns in an Excel spreadsheet).
If there’s something out-of-the-box that meets what I’m after, I’d be happy to pay for it, but free is always nice. I have very limited programming experience, but if there’s an open source application that I could tweak, I’d be willing to grab a book, and figure it out.
Note: If you have an application in mind, but it’s a plugin/extension exclusive to a specific CMS, please let me know. I’m currently building the site on WordPress, but I’m flexible if it fits what I’m after.
Sorry ahead of time for the broad, abstract question; it’s one of those things I don’t quite know how to Google (I mean Yahoo) for. Thanks in advance.

I have a start-up and for the first time I am sending out marketing/media kits to about 80 businesses, and I’ve read that it’s lame to address them to “person in charge of purchasing” or “Buyer”. I instead should be finding out who the buyer is and addressing them personally.
The problem is that leaves me calling about 80 businesses to inquire about who their buyer is, and the problem on top of that is that I hear it’s hard to get an actual buyer’s name out of whoever answer the phone. Apparently it’s top secret information, and people like me need it, so a I’m between a rock and hard place… ANY INSIGHT?
I’d greatly appreciate EXPERIENCED input/advice. Oh, and I should mention most of the businesses I’d be dealing with are bookstores, and poker retailers (mostly online poker stores)…. I say this because the businesses I’m looking at are not large corporations with headquarters, if this influences your advice.
Thank you in advance for any and all experienced insight/advice/comments/etc.

What is the best way to find a buyer’s name (for marketing kits)?

dad died 2 years agol i was left his home. Worth 90,000. My sister was left it as well. My sister is a greedy person, and went behind my back, and rented it out, for 600.00 a month, to her daughter. I did not know this until tonight, when I went there to try and sell this house. ITS been on the market 2 years. I have no income. I want to sell this house, free and clear. Obvisously, my sister does not, as shes been making 600 dollars a month off of it, without telling me about it.
I want to sell it, Id sell it for very cheap- which is awful, because its a very nice home. I just need money, due to the economy.
what can I do? What are my rights? Does she have to sell? Should I go to the court house.
p.s I live in Maryland. If that matters. Allegany co., Maryland.
How can she hide the fact that shes been renting it out? ( to her daughter). there is no written lease. Just a verbal one. A secret one at that.
Any help is so appreciated, believe me.
This all just went down tonight. Someone is calling tomorrow morning, to give me an offer on the home. what can I do?? Help!!!!!
Thanks a Million
Mrs.Winner

This will come down to whether or not the buyer has a legitimate reason for asking ClickBank for a refund.
If a buyer has a sufficient reason for seeking a refund, then there should not be a problem.
