How much Referall commission do you get in consumer electronics and will you not get them until the item Is shipped? Also would video games ( not consoles) count in this category?

Whilst testing the advertising links on my websites ( http://www.antivirussorted.co.uk and http://www.antivirussorted.com ), I found that the Opera Browser was blocking many outgoing links associated with the Commission Junction Affiliate program; stating that the link “http://www.emjcd.com/i998xdml5/dkp/…” may be harmful.
As the running of the websites are dependant on affiliate commissions, does anybody know if the matter will be resolved or if I should consider using a different affiliate marketing company?

I keep receiving email offers from them. Are they for real?

Is it possible to promote a affiliate links without creating a webpage or landing page using google adwords nowadays.
