Some programs require a ‘company name’. How significant is this? Does it appear on the cheque or have any importance since I don’t actually have a company?

Whichever company wins the small business lottery never has to pay corporate or capital gains taxes for 30 years, which would make that company hire new employees and help the economy. Anyone not affiliated with the company would still owe taxes, including all employees would pay tax.
Would this not help the economy?

I recently discovered Fluance and love their affordable yet very high quality speakers.
But the only problem is that their subwoofers and surround speakers are almost always out of stock.
Just wondering if anyone else knew of any little quality speaker company’s like them that I could find on the web
