I want to Build a Website where Users Signup and Register on my website and each user will have their own control pannerl and can see offers
When user Select an offer and signups and completes the offer he/she should be credited with some point
How can i do this kind of website any Script to do this work
Please help

I used to think that communism was the worst kind of government, but in America, land of innovation, we have come up with something, much worse; Secret Government!

They are the kind of people who hire hookers, overeat and rape children
They are lawless parasites

Moments ago, I have thought that I would run a broadcast network studio that would run the whole schedule throughout each day and every week, but on last Sunday, I have borrowed a book called “This Business of Television”, I read that “TV networks do not, however, control the entire day’s schedule, instead, they typically run half the day, the rest is programmed by affiliates with local news and syndicated programming”. Then I have thought of something else, I was wondering what would happen if a broadcast network would run the entire day’s schedule?

so i made my website and i have full control to the html and it supports .php. what i need to do is to block the website with a (survey ‘affiliate’ or google adsense…etc) u know like youtube displaying ads u cannot skip them, but with this i want it to be skipped only by clicking on it, So it opens in a new windows or new tab. Like this website http://fastmovieshd.com/ but just a quick ad that u click it, its skipped and u unlock the webpage.. do i need a specific web tool?(in this case give me a name) or do i need a script e.g. html/php/ and so on. how and how much does it cost. ty for any info AND please if u dont have an answer or dont feel like answering it JUST dont write nothing and if i found it on ”search engines” i wouldn’t have come here in the first place
