Some girl stole my iPod. There seems to be NO evidence pointing to her. However, on her email and Facebook account (messages), there is TONS.
Okay, so here is the back ground information:
-I am underage, 15.
-I talked to the school cops, but nothing yet.
-I have the passwords to both this girl’s Facebook profile and email.
-There was not much proof, but there is TONS now.
-I realize it is invasion of privacy.
-There are so many messages proving her guilty (on Facebook).
-On her email, it says she has used my iPod, which she stole, so many times.
-She is gang-affiliated.
I need help. I want it back. We know who it took it and want it back. They told me if she was found guilty I could press charges, but could she also press charges on me for looking through her stuff?
I’m scared and confused.
How much trouble would I get in if I took pictures of the evidence and presented to a police officer?
What would I say?
A school English teacher said that it was evidence/proof and that I would not get in trouble myself.
Although, some other kid told me I could face 1-5 years in Juvenile Hall, then prison.
Any help with the legal stuff?

No one, no matter what political party they affiliate with, can argue that the shooting last Friday was an extremely tragic incident. I see a lot of people now using what happened as an excuse to ban guns though. Some of these people say if there are no guns then people will not die, simple as that right? They also claim that if something bad happens then all they have to do is call the police and the cops will be there in a few minutes therefore sparing the victim from any harm. This is NOT the case. A few years ago in a city near where I live, a family was brutally murdered. Someone ended up calling the cops and they did get there. But the cops didn’t go into the house where the people inside were being raped and murdered as they sat there. So cops do not solve every problem. The only thing that could have protected that family was them defending themselves. Yes crimes do happen, but we need guns to protect ourselves from them. So why do some people keep saying that we don’t and the government will be able to protect us? There are many cases that prove otherwise so I really just want to know why people think that. A while back I moved from Wyoming to Oregon for a job. I don’t have any family in the area and no friends. I became friends with a coworker and thought things were looking up. We would go see movies and just hang out. She went through some tough stuff and I was there for her. I helped her pay bills and took her out when it was a particularly had day and would stay with her at night until her roommate was home because she was lonely and scared. About a couple of months back my life took a turn for the worse and all of a sudden she didn’t talk to me. I was worried and would call once a day and text her. Finally I asked her what was wrong and she told me that I needed to learn to back off. So i did. i was pissed and found out that she only wanted me to be there for her and not the other way around. I was even more mad. but I avoided her like the plague. Suddenly i was getting shifted to other units and one day went to the union to find out what was going on. The cops were there and questioned me on a bunch of stuff that I never did. I was served about a week later with a temporary restraining order. I still had no idea what the heck was going on. I was told by a supervisor that I needed to get rid of the job quick because the upper management was going after me and my license ( I am a nurse). Still no idea what was going on and why this was happening. Now I am homeless and jobless living off my aunt because I can’t find work and she is taking me to court for stalking when I left the area got rid of Facebook and deleted her and anyone affiliated with her number off my phone. I don’t know what to do. How do I deal with this?

Im gang affiliated … Recently my gang has been in the news for a shooting and a planned shooting and a few other things… In the paper they have a detectives number to call with any info …. I haven’t hung out with the gang in a while, I’m on probation now I spent a lil while in jail for criminal mischief ..Ive been having problem with my own gang because i want to leave it and because ” I haven’t been kicking it enough” I haven’t seen them or Hung out in about 4 months …. What would happen if I called that detective up and tried to give him info im technically in the gang since I haven’t been let go .. and Idk what they will do when they see me least they can do is beat me up worst would b get shot or shoot up my house which i don’t want since my family is here and they have nothing to do with it ….the thing is I don’t want the detective to drop my name and then ill definitely b a Target for them And b labeled a snitch….could I get in trouble by the cops if I do this? And what would they want to know? Who the leader is? I just don’t knw what to do …I messed up joining it but I was really young ….now overtime they call me I have to make an excuse for why I can’t go meet up ….any advice?

Over the last few years members of my family have been dying in suspicious circumstances. My father “accidentally” fell on a rake as he was walking our dog 2 years ago. Then, 1 year later my mother was attacked my a pack of vicious Alsatians that I know for a fact our “pet” dog was affiliated with. Lastly, my brother brought our “precious” pit bull out hunting with him one day and later we found him with his head blown off. The cops said it was preposterous that it was Rex, but I had my suspicions. I checked for paw prints and bingo.. they were his. Now it’s just me and him…. him with his constant staring at me. It’s either him or me, and now I think it’s time to fight back.
