I have 32bit Windows 7 with 4Gigs RAM, and also use the 3gig switch, I let Windows manage my virtual memory settings, It’s created pagefile.sys in the root of Drive C, and it likes to set it up at a fixed 3.7GIG. (Well it never gets bigger or smaller), yet I appear to run out of RAM if i’m heavy gaming, etc. (Crashes, overflow errors, etc). Every time I chk the pagefile.sys it appears it hasn’t been modified or accessed since I last changed the virtual settings(Right now its on the 30/4/2013 23:33 and the modified or accessed date never changes and that’s now 2 days ago), even if I manage virtual settings myself and create a fixed size, it will create a new pagefile.sys on a reboot but it will never appear to touch it again, so i’m feeling I’m just stuck with only the RAM installed in my PC, and if I run out, windows won’t write to my pagefile.sys. Any ideas, can I test a way to see if Windows is writing to my pagefile, it doesn’t appear to be touched, and there’s no pagefile.sys on any other drive because I only got one drive. Note: I have 119Gig free space of 246.1Gig also if that’s relevant.

I’m a 16 year old living in Houston, Texas. My cousin recently committed a crime and claimed to be me. Is there any way I can request a restraining order against him? I just don’t want him and his stupidy to be involved in my life anymore.He’s a 17 year old with a criminal record who is gang affiliated. I have a website and plan on adding affiliate links for products I promote but do not sell myself. The idea is to let users choose either a charity to donate the money to or have it deposited to their paypal. However I need help coding a redirect page that will pass the user id, date, time etc and allow me to see if they actually made a purchase that will credit to me through the affiliate accounts.
The part I’m getting stuck on is how to verify they bought the item when 2 people make a purchase at roughly the same time. framed browsing? If you know the code post it, if not just give me a decent explanation of the method and I can figure it out. I’m no master of html but I’m decent.
Also of course if you know a better way than a redirect page I’d love to hear it.

I would like to join an Online Affiliate Network and as part of their application process, I have Fill in a W9 Form.
I would like to ask that if I submit the W9 Form, Will I have to file yearly Tax Returns with the IRS ?
The W9 Forms asks for SSN, address etc etc.
Will they send all these details to the IRS ?

I started a website to promote products (affiliate). I am now asked to submit a W-9. I am not sure that to put as selection. Which would be the best option? Since I am not fully an owner of a business for which I sell products, but people buying others, should I count as partnership?
