About fifteen years ago I was working in London and one of my colleagues leant me a book to read. It was by an American author whose work had, at that time, only been published and distributed in the USA.
The central character narrated in first person similar in style to Raymond Chandler.
There was a scene where he was working in a seedy bar/café that stands out in my memory- he had to clean dirty Venetian blinds in a bath.
I’m pretty sure that they were published late C20th and were fairly niche.

Please help me answer these questions. These questions had to be answered after watching the movie ‘An Inconvenient Truth’. I have done a lot of research but I could not find the answers to these questions. Please do try to answer all the questions (even if you’re not sure) but if even if you can answer a few, it would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone has ever used this I have a couple questions that are super vague on the site.
First, it says one referral per household. Does that mean I can only refer one person per household, or that I can only get the reward from the first person I refer?
Second, it says the money is sent at the end of the month. Can I use that on their site prior to that or do I need to first wait for a check then put in bank?
