Affiliate Marketing Secrets

So my younger sister likes one direction, shes 12… now I know it is generally acknowledged by anyone not 12 and female that they can be stupid, or at the very least care about stupid things.
Now I’m not out to insult because I love my sister and I was once young and stupid but, I came across a magazine of hers, ( tiger, or something) and the front cover was devoted to one direction, the sub headline read “go undercover with one direction” and the secondary topics were “one direction reveals all” and then a few of the things they might be revealing.
now, aside from the fact that these people seem to “reveal all” about 5 times a day, i started to wonder what could they be revealing, are these the guys that know the secrets to the untamed universe? or Perhaps they know (for a fact) whether the moon landing was a hoax, what could they be revealing?
its gotten to the point where it is hard to exaggerate and joke about these kind of things, because I am not sure i could find much more pointless information for them to share, that would not make headlines, “harry says he likes oxygen” “liam uses a comb for his hair, ‘brushes are a no-no’ he says”
I cant help but think the people writing this know it is a joke, they cant wait to release this magazine to the hoards, the masses, the multitudes of blank consumers, who exist entirely in their cycle
so one direction fans…
I can understand liking them, having crushes, listening to their music etc.
But that stuff in the magazines and all the useless information, like what they had for a snack at 4:23 pm last night.
Is that stuff actually interesting to you, (not specifically that stuff) do you pick up magazines like that actually caring about anything other than their music, and maybe a couple “cute” little things about them, do you care about their personal lives?
and if you do why? why do you want to know that stuff?
do you find the fact that tabloids mass produce these things and specifically target you as a consumer using formulas to control exactly what you will buy into, insulting to your intelligence?
do you feel like the magazine and media companies are laughing at you, while they scientifically and mathematically adjust their business model and product based on “market research” in order to make media more of a commodity?

On average, how long should the process take from start to finish?

I just recently got a new job and I’ve only been working for 4 days now yesterday was the opening of the store. We had 3 days of training so the person that was doing the training wasn’t equip to train anyone so I took what I good from what she had to offer but now every time I make a mistake she screams at me loudly but if anyone else makes a mistake she politely explains to them what they did wrong and how to fix it.
I came from another store not affiliated with the store I’m now working but my last job I was the Asst. Manager I put all of this on my resume before they hired me and I was on my last job for 8 years.
I’m not coming to the store to take over I never even worked in a place like this before I just want to learn. I just want to be successful at what I do but this lady is trying to make it hard for me.
She have really bad customer service skills her training sucks I even had to give her a few suggestions and she use them but every time I do something it’s a big WRONG WRONG WRONG in front of customers, in front of crew members.
Please can someone tell me why is she doing this, how can I resolve this without losing my job, and sent me some positive energy to ease the tension in the store.

This is theoretically speaking:
I want to report someone I know and is “close” with. One of my former best friend I’ve known for 10 years has recently started selling large quantities of drugs. I personally hate him, and he also hates me. But in front of each other, we pretend we are good friends. I have a grudge against him because he back stabbed me many times with personal attacks and overall a bad history since i’ve known him. Although I never once betrayed him back or done anything bad in return for his personal attacks. I think its time for him to pay up, so I want to turn him to the police.
Although he is in his early 20s, he has family connections to cheap drugs(he has older dealers in his family) and has been selling large quantities to a big network of younger dealers. He is starting to make a large amount of money.
I know information about him, that only his “friends” would (including certain locations, location of his drugs, his family members that sell/manufacture), but if i report it to the police through an anonymous online tip. Will my tip be shown in court?
He will instantly know it is me who reported the tip, and he may harm my family members. He has siblings affiliated to gangs and FOR CERTAIN will get revenge. He knows where some of my family member works and I do not want to put them at risk.
Is there a way where I can report him without giving out too much detail? Can I just give the police his name, and his family members names that sell/manufacture drugs? What information can I give the police without jeopardizing my identity in court?
Furthermore, he has friends that are in the police and they know what he is doing, but they don’t bother to investigate him. If I submit a tip will the police that drinks and smoke weed with him give him my identity?
Please no answers flaming me for being a narc or a “snitch”.
I have my reasons and will make him pay up.

My book is about 6 girls all with different powers, they live in a world of angels and demons werewolves and vampires.The girls know they are different front. They live in a orphanage in the Bronx but only 5 of the girls they find the 6 at school. She was always there but they never notice until P.E. when they saw her birthmark on her thigh which look like a tattoo dragon which all them have on them some where. There names are Isis(black), Tori(white), Alex(Hispanic), Sam(White), Aliyah(White), Naomi(Hispanic) they all have a sort of a gothic look. Isis is the leader, she calls them her pack, light brown skin black brown hair, her eyes are usually dark brown but constantly changes color as her mood changes, Tori is the right hand man for Isis, she is a hot head with jet black hair, her voice is like Raven of of Teen Titans, Alex is a tomboy who love electronics and wrestling she is tough and insults and punches you quicker than you can say “nice tattoo” which she hates cuz she stress that it’s a birthmark, Sam is red hair green eyes, she is a smarty, and loves plants, but will punch you if think she’s just another pretty face, Aliyah blonde hair and blue eyed, she is mischevious, loud and sarcastic, she is the fun, but will kill if anyone messes with her pack and that leaves Naomi who is the quiet little mouse, she is scared of her powers, and is always picked on, but if you press the right buttons she can be a fighting machine who would mutilate anyone who messes with her and her pack. The girls are a new breed half angel and demon they are the most powerful of both halves they were found by a unknown source, the girls only know that they’ve been in a orphange as long as the were born and they were never given a family they are the only ones left at the orphange no one really want a group of 15 year olds. Naomi was taken end by a women but husband is a drunk and pervert. The pack takes her away from him. They end up being takening away one night as they are walking and use there powers to beat up some gang members by some bad cops and put on this black market like underground fighting place were vampires make other creature fight each other for money. After they arrive they are forced to fight, a member from a secret organization for young mixed breeds of werewolves vampires and angels and demons sees Isis fight and then sees her birhtmark. His name is Eric and buys them out Isis is very suspecious of him but goes along they meet a lady named Mira who holds they secrets of there past and destiny.

In a few days time I shall be standing in front of class to give a talk on meanders. A perfectly harmless but rather uninspiring piece of fluvial bubblegum. In the cutthroat world of classroom politics how can I make a lasting impression and stand out from the crowd?
While I don’t give a damn about what grade I get, out of respect for my teacher I shall adhere to the factual requirements imposed upon me. Nonetheless that shan’t prevent me from delivering my talk in a wildly inappropriate and downright weird tone.
This is something of a niche for me, having made a name for myself with frankly ludicrous acts of rebellious intellectualism in French comprehensions(a soul stirring rendition of Allen Ginsberg’s Howl, a melodramatic dissection of the ups and downs of the cursed Kennedy clan and pompous lectures on child psychology).
I understand that my aforementioned “antics” may be hard to grasp and I would like to clarify that while ridiculous and largely irrelevant they are not random outbursts. I have merely taken it upon myself to interpret the French text, which varies greatly, in a unique way. Our answers to this part of the comprehension are in English not in French by the way.
Alas on this occasion I am struggling to think of something inventive. Any strange but linkable topics would be appreciated(remember my talk is on meanders). Likewise any suggestions on how exactly to perform it would be kindly received. I thought about doing it in a sickeningly enthusiastic tone but fear that would be more annoying than anything else, not to mention rude.
