an average new release game goes for $50 or more, a movie goes for around $10. why is this? is it because of a smaller supply? the industry caters to a more niche market? is it more costly to develop a game compared to a movie? please, add your thoughts, you have my thanks đ

Can you please read my personal statement and give me any feedback or edits if necessary.
I was going to pick this topic (“being different”) or traveling into the West Bank in Israel on vacation and being afraid at first because of all the tension, but rather realizing it was safe. From that trip, I am not afraid to try something new or step out of my comfort zone.
SO HERE IT IS:
As a child, I was what one could call different. A self-proclaimed eccentric, although my young vocabulary usually grasped for words such as âweirdoâ, my abnormal tendencies surfaced in everything I did. While most prepubescent boys were outside playing tee-ball or cruising on the latest Razor scooter, I was inside, at my own will, completing an intricately designed puzzle or perhaps learning Morse code.
Itâs not that I unskilled in these mainstream activities, although my seven year record with the local little league proves otherwise. I just rather (alternatively) took interest in more logical, stimulating pursuits.
I was never one for a simple game of Candy Land or Go Fish. Instead, I reveled in beating my wordsmith of a grandfather in a game of Scrabble or refreshing my Trivial Pursuit knowledge with any unfortunate soul willing enough to quiz me. And when common board games just werenât satisfactory for my six year old mind, I often created my own games, laying out a series of playing cards, and somehow amusing myself until mother called bedtime.
Yet being different exceeded far beyond my time consumers. When everyoneâs favorite color was blue, I wasnât afraid to say that mine was purple or pink. And when everyone was lugging around Power Ranger lunch boxes, I sported the classic and refined Barney.
But I didnât decide to be different just to be quarrelsome or a nonconformist. In fact, I didnât decide at all. It was just my God-given nature. Even to this day Iâd much rather sit down on a lawn chair with a compelling murder mystery than mindlessly flip through the pages of a teenybopper magazine or, dare I say it, Twilight.
Of course there were times when I wanted to give up my peculiarity. It seemed that as I was getting older, being different was becoming more of a burden than an admirable uniqueness. Coping with the emotional, unnecessary drama of my preteen years, I wanted to be a part of some clique â not just reside in my own, gawky niche generally overlooked by the middle school socialites. It didnât take me long (however) to realize I was no prep, no punk, and definitely no jock, no matter how hard I tried. As much as I wanted a label, none fit.
Suddenly, describing myself as different was no longer a hateful characterization nor a showcase of my individuality. Being different was, well, just being Jeremy.
Coming to this realization led me to become, what I believe to be, the confident and candid young man that I am today. Not afraid to speak my most always opinionated mind, I can stand strong in saying âYes, I am unique, odd, strange, peculiar, and different. And I couldnât be prouder.â

Does anybody know the producers, casting directors, or HBO affiliates for the show game of thrones?
My name is Thomas Carney,I’m a British-American aspiring actor and a
huge Game of Thrones fans! I’ve been wanting to start an acting career
for some time, and watching the GoT series finally convinced me to get
started. I’d absolutely love being on in future seasons, even as an
extra- I couldn’t imagine a better beginning!
Does anyone know of anyway to contact producers, agents or casting
directors? I know I probably don’t have much time, and I’d be willing
to do really anything.
I’ve just turned 19 years old, I’m about 6’3, gold/brown hair, blue
eyes, lifelong athlete and musician. I’m a dual citizen of the United
States and United Kingdom by birth, so I can work anywhere.
Honestly, I feel prepared to take a lead role starting tomorrow- I
absolutely KNOW Iâd nail any role offered. I donât care if itâs an
extra in one scene, or the new protagonist (or antagonist!)
I PROMISE Iâll stand out and make HBO rich- just give me that chance!
I just feel this incredible rush of energy, like thereâs nothing else
in the world I see myself doing. I just canât fathom how anyone could
experience âstage frightâ or nervousness- Iâve never felt more
comfortable than the times I . Perhaps that sounds a little
egotistical, but I promise itâs notâŚor actually, perhaps I AM a little
egotistical- I truly do believe I could walk on tomorrow and take a
starring role- but if I DIDNâT feel that way, if anyone didnât feel
that way, could you honestly see them able to do so? Itâs like a
musician onstage during a concert- how can they give an amazing show
if they expect to sound anything other than amazing?
I actually do have a bit of acting, performance and modeling
experience, but I believe my most important experience is rather
unconventional. When I was 16 I was going to do an internship with the
National Clandestine service of the CIA- basically the espionage
division. Although I decided not to do it, I spent months practicing
different identities, characters, mannerisms, traits, voices, etc-
useful skills for an undercover, AND for an actor. My friends were
also amazed and would always (and still do) tell me I’d be perfect for
movies.
When I think of a portraying a character and saying a line, I donât
ask myself if itâs happy, sad, or angry. Instead I ask myself- âDoes
he really mean this?â âDoes this reflect his past?â âDoes this signify
a source of pride or shame?â âIs he being honest?â âWhatâs his
motivation for saying such?â âWhat can you learn from him in this
line?â Itâs no different than the life Iâve always had, and as Keith
Richard says- you can always answer the question âwhat are you doingâ
with two simple words- âJust livingâ, and thatâs exactly how I see
acting. Iâve had a lifetimeâs experience of playing roles, meeting
characters, conveying expressions and feelings and thoughts, assuming
identities and wearing masks. Iâve never really understood the concept
of acting school- isnât every moment of your life like attending the
worldâs best acting school?
But anyway, there really isn’t much I wouldn’t do- so please, if
anyone has any information, let me know!
My email is Thomasfrancis117@gmail.com
Thank you very much!
Thomas Carney

Watch The end Game documentary on youtube.com and some videos of Gerald Celenta. What do you think of the depression coming because of our Gov? What is you view on our economy now? Is this a great time to invest in the stock Market? Should I withdraw my ROTH IRA and just save money in CDs?

I want a first person shooter with online multiplayer that requires more teamwork, (maybe with squads, where every player has a niche) less run and gun (unlike CoD series) and is realistic (like Ghost Recon) maybe with vehicles (like Halo: Reach), long, large scale maps and games, and, importantly, mature players. (as in I don’t want eight year olds swearing in my ear). If anyone can think of a game that fits these criteria, put it in the answers
