Can A Website With Multiple Topics Make Good Money?

Supposedly a website with a niche makes the best money.
My site isn’t focused on one particular topic though, instead it’s focused on many.
I have about 60 main topics that I’ve narrowed down as far as I could to represent main topics in life [aging, humans, quantum physics, animals, health and fitness, etc]
and within each topic I have a list of subtopics that build the main topic.
My site is designed by me and it’s made to look nice and easy to read and navigate.
I have adsense on every page and i’ve included affiliate links on a few pages and am building as the days go by.
Since the amount of topics I have lacks enough content for the time being, i haven’t driven any traffic yet. I haven’t offered my site for people to view yet..
So currently the most i’ve made is $0.89 through adsense and that’s from 2 clicks from 2 random visitors that i’m not sure how they found my site or if it was bots somehow.
But i’m wondering, are niche websites REALLY the best?
Is a website that has a ton of information on anything you can imagine something a person should stray away from?
So far I have months of hours put into this website. I rarely sleep, i’m always at the screen. I don’t watch tv or play games I simply work on my website to make it as best as I can and making it cross-browser compatible with jquery, css, php..
What do you think? Good idea? bad idea?
Do niche websites really get more traffic or does it all depend on how I traffic my website?

At Work A Senior Executive Blew Up At Me–for No Good Reason–in The Hallway. I’m Took It With Dignity. Now…?

…I work at a white collar job. I am in my mid-30s and he is at least in his 50s. He is in a senior executive position…
…But it was like a scene out of boot camp…
Yelling at me for over ten seconds. Maybe 15 seconds. Thrusting his finger down at the ground for emphasis. Ordering me to get someone at the phone lines at the front office. He was yelling because I told him someone was looking for him but he came out of the elevator and couldn’t find the person (whom I am not that person’s secretary nor affiliated with him, he was a guest who was visiting him for a meeting).
He was out of line and unprofessional. I didn’t file a complaint. I know this is not normal nor professional and no subordinate should be subject to this. I was shaken. And a couple days that week I had gone home at 9 pm and got in at 7 am. In other words, I worked hard that week.
Do you think he was out of line, and what should happen? Should I go about my job like normal? I know it’s unusual and extreme, but does this type of thing happen at workplaces? I don’t really feel like pursuing a formal complaint because it would complicate things and take a long time to resolve.
I work hard, but now I feel I approach my job differently. Wiser, not as committed to it. I believe in the mission but I’m not all that excited to work for someone like that.
He never apologized.

Would This Make For A Good Young Adult Trilogy?

Plot: Sometime in the future, the Earth is controlled by one government. Even with such power and control, the government keeps to itself. They never broadcast news about what’s going on. People keep to themselves, live well, and keep the government on the bottom of their list of worries.
On the West of a continent with no name is a boarding school. Even with the government at such a distance in the minds of the masses, the school is famous. But no one talks about it. The school recruits only the best of the best, the smartest of the smart and the strongest of the strong in hopes of creating a capable group of kids ready to tackle the oh so secret government jobs. There’s training in every field imaginable- economics, history, propaganda, marketing, athletics.
When our main character is recruited to attend the school, she is hardly surprised. Unlike the ignorant people she used to live with (with the exception of her one friend from back home) she actually carried around with her some common sense. While everyone from home either congratulated her or glared at her with either looks of jealousy or hatred, she was just ready to leave.
At the school, boys and girls are not to communicate. In fact, making friends is discouraged.
As the protagonist becomes familiar with the new school, she begins to notice things others don’t—things that make her question the objectives of the school and the government. She starts putting two and two together, and comes across a secret the government has been keeping form everyone: one that could change everything.

Is The Combat Machine M4 Raider A Good Airsoft Gun?

I don’t have all the cash in the world to spend, I’m affiliated with a small team from a small city that plays small wars, and the 300-400 price range is too much for me at this age. I’ve played airsoft for about a year, so I’m not completely new. I ordered this gun after seeing my friends Combat Machine, and how durable and upgradable it was. So, given my criteria, would you recommend this gun?
