I met this guy over two years ago during the day, on a Sunday, and we had great chemistry. We exchanged telephone numbers, but nothing ever came of it. 1 year later, I saw him out with a girl, we recognized eachother, and exchanged a few texts confirming the same. Now, just recently he texted me out of the blue, he had recently gotten out of a 2 year relationship & had wanted to contact me. He said he remembered me from 2 years ago & was always curious about me. We exchanted hundreds of texts over the course of 4 months and have hung out about 10 times. We did NOT have sex, just made out. We always had a great time hanging out & would spend hours together every time we hung out. I of course was excited and I guess thought that things could only progress. I expressed my feelings towards him numerous times, but his response has remained the same – that he didn’t want a relationship right now. He is a self-employed artist. He is also almost 7 years younger than myself. He has been nothing but honest and respectful (aka gentleman). I could not imagine how he didn’t want more??? I started to bug him about my feelings & take his rejections for not wanting to hang out every time I asked personal. Do you think he spent enough time with me to realize that he didn’t want ME as someone he would be in a relationship with, or he just wasn’t into a relationship at all?? He obviously has to work A LOT to find his niche & told me that he just likes hanging out by himself & working on projects & his career. We are definitely in different spots in our lives, but I question how you can let such a great connection just slip away. Oh, side note – I do have my own life, lots of friends, going out & am dating other people. I just felt something special with him & I have a hard time just forgetting about that. What do you guys think???

I am just curious about this. How does someone go from being bankrupt to living in an exclusive multimillion dollar home(in a period of a year or two)? This person also has absolutely no higher education or trades, skills(that I know of). His father gave him a job running his business when he retired, and last I heard, he doesn’t do it any longer(I assume because of the economy and such) I also heard that he moved to Mexico(where his wive is from) and started a “dress shop”, because he was having a hard time here. Then I check on internet, and find that he is living in an exclusive part of Malibu in a multimillion dollar home(not sure whether he owns or rents, but still..) So, back to my main question. How is this possible? Is there some sort of trick or secret to the housing market or get rich quick schemes that I am not aware of? I am beginning to think he has trees in his back yard with money growing on them(perhaps an entire orchard, lol). Anyone who is knowledgeable on the housing market or business market might be able to explain this. Thanks!

I am very much a beginner when it comes to web design and it leaves me frustrated and tired. So I need a good, affordable hosting company that has a free sitebuilder that is EASY and allows adsense ads.
I found hostgators sitebuilder to be a complete headache, i constantly ran in to errors and even tech support was having a hard time with some of it.
Any (REAL) suggestions (please no affiliates).
THANKS in advance!!

I would like to optimize my website using appropriate keywords that best suit my niche but I am not familiar in keyword research. I’ve tried to use Google keyword tool but I am having a hard time selecting the right keyword because there are lots of information shown. So please! Can anyone give me some tips and suggestions on how to find the perfect keyword for my site? The niche of my site is about love and relationship. If you can provide various other reference, that’ll be much appreciated.
