Affiliates have websites, use existing social networks or their existing list of email addresses to promote products for different companies. They are not required to pay an up-front fee or make any kind of monetary investment. All that is required of them is their time.

Once you have set up your sales page, sent out your emails or published links at your social networking sites, there are other things you can do to continue promoting the products.

For example, an affiliate marketer might write articles about alternative energy and publish them at various electronic magazines (ezines). Each article would link to the marketer’s website where he or she would attempt to “pre-sell” the visitor.

After reading the pre-sell, the visitor clicks on the link and buys the e-book. The affiliate marketer earns his or her commission. The customers are happy with their purchases. They learn about wind-power and the latest ultra-quiet turbines.

They learn about the safety and efficiency of solar voltaic panels. Once the panels are installed, the power can be stored in batteries or hooked directly into the mainline of a house. It is possible to generate more electricity through solar or wind than the household needs. When that occurs, the electric companies are required to purchase the extra wattage.

The best moment ever since I start with my online business was . That moment I will remember forever and only people who already try this feeling will understand me.

Today, after 5 years already involved in online business, I will share that moment with you and all what I did to make this happen.

Let’s go back in the 2005. It was a year that changes my life completely. As I work on an oil rig, due to my work occupation, I had 24 hours per day internet access and I use it to make some additional money. Good think was that I had money to invest and I was not afraid of lose it even. I want so hard to make a success in this virtual world.

I will cut the story what means that I will not explain how I lose thousands of dollars on PPC marketing, cause of my low PPC knowledge, and hundreds of dollars on scam money making programs.

I start to attend forums and asking about my mistakes. Forums are great place where you can get some help and get exposed to a public what I do now, helping others giving them useful information like others help me.

Start of my successful work

First what I do is that I made a research for a niche that could be profitable for me. This was not an easy job but I pick up one hot topic that was one of the best ranking on the market those days. I realize that competition is very high but as I have sports spirit inside I enter in the game try to beat it to prove my self that I can do it. This gives me a lot more motivation for a hard work. Careful here, hard work doesn’t mean success, smart do!

When I find the product, I made a web page and grab affiliate link and insert it into it. Now, the problem was how to drive traffic to my web site. I can use PPC but I still did not understand it well so it was out of the questions because I did not want to lose more money, I come here to make money.

I get one message on the forum about get high on search engine without spending money. Well, nothing to lose except time so I start.

For the main keyword of my product I made a research for a long tail keyword that is searched around 1000 times in one month and have between 500-6000 competing web pages. I write an article close related to this long tail keyword and publish it to an article directory. When my article gets accepted I get article link and copy it to my web page for backlink and this is it. Then I search for another long tail keyword within the same parameters mentioned above and write another article. In the end I pick up 10 long tail keyword and write 10 articles close related to my keywords and this is it. Fourteen days after my web site come to fifth place on Google research for one of that long tail keyword that I pick up and my web site start to receive free traffic. Two days ago I made my first sales, . I was so happy that I really can’t describe it but everyone who already try it knows exactly how I feel that moment and those who are under way to do it will know. My commission grows every days and I come to an idea to add also Google AdSense service on my web page so I will make money selling product or clicking on AdSense ads. When I realize that I make 4-5 dollars on AdSense every day with free traffic I made a research on the ClickBank and chose another product, make web page and repeat all the steps I did with a previous one. The result was the same and I was going forward, web page after web page. Calculation was simple; if one web page can bring me at minimum 4-5 dollars a day then 10 web pages will bring me 40-50 dollars every day without spending a dime. Do you get the point?

Doing like this you can make good money income or just some extra cash without spending money. After I make my first commission my life changed because I realize that internet business is working and it working perfectly.

For those who just start with an online business I would love to give an advice, start to use same tactics as I did to understand how all this internet machinery works and after, when you get some experience start to invest in some software that will save your time and double your income.
