What Is The Difference Between Pcp Associated With Hospital And Those Who Are Just Out-patient?

I am seeing a primary care doctor that is affiliated with a local hospital.
I am thinking of moving to a new doctor in town but they tell me he is just “out-patients” and not affiliated with any hospital.
What does it mean?
Should I prefer one over the other?

Psychology Survey Just For Fun?

What I’m about to type is totally fiction and for research use only. I will tell a story and will ask a couple questions at the end of it. I’m doing this to see how people react and what opinions I shall receive about the story.
An 18-year old male sits down with two females (both looking to be around 19-20 years old) and one male (who seems to be about 20 years old) at a table outside of a college building. The visitor to the group has aspergers-austism, while the others appear to have no disorder or disability. While, the group is talking one of the females points out a “religious symbol”, a pentacle, the asperger male seems to be wearing around his neck. The male claims that it is not a religious symbol (not realizing that his information was wrong at the time being) and that a pentagram is a religious symbol, and not
a pentacle. The two females and other male try to explain that it is a religious symbol for both wiccanism and paganism (NOTE: The symbol he is wearing is a right-side up pentacle), however, due to the way his brain can sometimes mix up words when he hears them, he mistakenly thought he heard that the upside down pentagram is for wiccans and visa versa for pagans (thinking at the time that there is a strict difference between the two, remember he has not realized that he is wrong yet) and criticizes them about their comment. The two female grow enraged saying that they know what they are talking about because they have been pagans for quite a while (year wise that is) and yell at him for not realizing his incorrect thinking. Confused and on the verge of a panic attack, the aspergers male tries to calm down and asks questions to understand what his mistake was, however the two females and male refuse to answer any of his questions because of how enraged they are. The other male tells the aspergers male to “shoo” like he is some sort of animal. The aspergers male, still in a confused and panic state, tries to calmly ask why he has to leave, but the other male continues to try and “shoo” him. One of the females, however, said that he could stay if he wanted to.
To clear things up about this story:
1. The two females and other male had no idea that the male had aspergers syndrome.
2. The aspergers male is agnostic and is not affiliated with wiccanism or paganism.
Now for the questions:
1. Was there really a point to the whole arguement in the first place?
2. Was it really necessary for the two females to raise their voices with the aspergers male even though he was not raising his voice in the first place?
3. What are your thoughts on the other male’s attempt to “shoo” the aspergers male?
4. If you were a friend of the aspergers male and knew him quite well, what would you do in a situation like this?
5. What is your opinion of the whole story?
