Hi, I have a interview for FedEx and I need help answering the questions. I found some sample questions but before I say them I would like to talk about my previous experience so I can get help on how to respond through my previous experience. Im 20 years old, Full time college student where my school schedule can work around this part time opening, my last job was a Barbacking at a 5 star restaurant, I have 1 year + customer service skills and cash register skills. They said the position was a Sr. Service agent but from what I was told on the phone it was for a part time helper tue-sat 2-9. The sample questions I found were 1) Tell me about yourself 2) What do you know about FedEx 3) What can you do for FedEx? 4) why do you want to work for FedEx? 5) how would your past experiences translate into success in this job? 6) what can you do for FedEx the other candidates can’t 7) please tell some products /services of FedEx on the market 8) if you work for FedEx what are you doing 9) how would you say your creative person 10) tell me the latest FedEx
read. what are your thoughts on how impact FedEx. 11) if you are in a team involved in a secret FedEx project how would you refrain from telling your significant other friends family etc. 12) why do you want to work at FedEx 13) where do you see if FedEx’s products 14) where do you see yourself in three years 15) are you afraid of person tell her about a time when you thought out-of-the-box.16) give me an example how you deal with a crisis. I just need some practice answers.

In 2012 I made $18,000 in self employment income. I am young and have only had 1 real job outside of my home. I was laid off from my last job and needed income fast so I got into affiliate marketing and started making money fast. Soon, I was making more than I thought I would. Recently, I found out that I am suppose to pay taxes on self employment income but I don’t know where to start.
Please help! How much will I owe in self employment tax, federal, state, and penalties all together?
Will I get in big trouble?
How do I go about paying my taxes. I am a little confused so I need as many details as possible.
Thanks!

Ok I have 20 years experience and no degree. My background is in network administration and all the desktop support that goes along with it and application support etc. My last job burned me out so bad I dont ever want to be the emergency room of the IT dept again. I now have a nice high paying software support job but it aint gonna last forever. Has anyone found a low stress niche in IT? Does it mean a big company? I might be able to go for a degree or some certs. I am just not willing to go back to being the guy who has to save the world if it goes down and you stay at work until its fixed (sometimes for days) and get called in the middle of the night. I want a max of a 45-50 hr work week with no emergency aspect to it.
My dream job would be to teach theology or something meaningful but teaching IT doesnt sound too bad. As long as its teaching and not doing demos to help sell widgets.
I wouldnt mind working for the gov or non profit as a pension would be nice too. I am 40. Do I have to totally change careers?
The other bad thing. I cant take much of a pay cut. I am just under 70k now. In a lower cost area I could probably go down to 50k but my debt is unbearably high.
I think I will end up leaving my work in a pine box if I have to have job that is anything like the last three I have had before this one.

I just recently got a new job and I’ve only been working for 4 days now yesterday was the opening of the store. We had 3 days of training so the person that was doing the training wasn’t equip to train anyone so I took what I good from what she had to offer but now every time I make a mistake she screams at me loudly but if anyone else makes a mistake she politely explains to them what they did wrong and how to fix it.
I came from another store not affiliated with the store I’m now working but my last job I was the Asst. Manager I put all of this on my resume before they hired me and I was on my last job for 8 years.
I’m not coming to the store to take over I never even worked in a place like this before I just want to learn. I just want to be successful at what I do but this lady is trying to make it hard for me.
She have really bad customer service skills her training sucks I even had to give her a few suggestions and she use them but every time I do something it’s a big WRONG WRONG WRONG in front of customers, in front of crew members.
Please can someone tell me why is she doing this, how can I resolve this without losing my job, and sent me some positive energy to ease the tension in the store.
Thanks & Be Blessed
