Hi there,
I am a MCA (Masters of Computer Applications) and had a niche for coding and application development. Unfortunately I had been hired by Seamless Distribution AB, as a Junior support engineer. I am working on Linux and Mysql with certain networking concepts involved. Some of my job roles cover ssh tunnelling, port forwarding, basic linux installation and maintainance, ss7 protocol adherence, mysql simple query fetching, replicating and taking database back ups. Using system monitoring tools like nagios and ticketing tools like OTRS.
Its basically a support job with he designation of a system engineer.
I am planning to extend my career in this path and have listed down my next steps. I am interested in taking a RHCSA certificate following a RHCE. This will approximately take 1.5 years as i have calculated. I would then like to move on to oracle certified mysql database admin certification and a ccna. Finally ending up with RHCE, SQL admin adn CCNA certification!
Is it possible to complete them within a matter of 3 years from now? Also please let me know how benificial wil it be and where will i stand in the IT market after 5 years.

Okay, now i have tried really hard to get a nice free game of pokemon black or white on my pc and i would really like some assistance with this issue of mine. Let me clarify that i am a very inexperienced person with these sorts of things. i went on youtube and i found a video that was helpful but i still didnt understand what desemu was or how to download files and what not. And i was wondering if someone could give me a detailed outline of all the steps necessary to be able to play pokemon black or white on my pc (i personally dont care which one). If it wouldnt terribly inconveniance you i would really appreciate this. i know i could probably google this but i have found that i am not very good at this, so could you help me with this task. i know barely anything about extracting file. Let me help by saying i have a PC built with Windows Vista 7, so no mac or linux.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO AFFILIATED THEMSELVES WITH HELPING ME

Hello. I am a huge fan of yacy.net and its completely decentralized search engine. I am all for a free, open, uncensored, and decentralized internet which is why I think YaCy is so awesome. YaCy is a peer-to-peer search engine that is completely open source. YaCy is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The biggest peer-to-peer search engine as of now is faroo.com which has more than 2 million peers, but is not open source, and currently the peer software is only available for Windows. Every time I use YaCy, it only has at most a few hundred peers using it on the network at the time. Faroo’s searches using faroo.com are generally very good because millions of people are using it. Basically, I would like to know how to greatly improve YaCy by getting many more people to join. I want many more people to use and join Yacy to improve the search results. How can YaCy get thousands or even millions of users to join like Faroo? I think YaCy could theoretically compete well against the likes of Google and Yahoo if there were enough people using it. Just FYI, you can test YaCy before running the software at http://search.yacy.net/ to get sample searches, but running the software on your own gives better search results. Any and all ideas and advice is appreciated. I am not affiliated with YaCy, I just am a big open source and free software fan, and really want YaCy to take off.

I’m looking for something that can take multiple JPGs (scans of individual pages from my vacation souvenir booklets) and make PDFs from them. There is software that will do this in Linux, which I also have installed, but right now I’m looking specifically for something that will work in Windows XP. And it would be really good if it was free.
I’ve checked download.com and done a couple of searches but have come up dry. I’m finding lots of stuff that will print to PDF, but that won’t help; I don’t want to have to import those JPGs into a word processor and then resize them to fit the page before I can print them. I’ve tried that and it’s a real pain. I think Acrobat will do this (or at least it will with TIFFs because I used to use it at a temp job), but I’m looking for something cheaper. Does anyone have any suggestions?
One last thing: Please, NO AFFILIATE LINKS. I *will* report them – to Yahoo and to the vendor you’re representing (and yes, I can tell – even if they’re disguised). Sorry to make such a fuss, but I seriously hate spam.
