Is there a way I can put a trademarked logo of a popular company on something I intend to sell as kind of a parody? Can I just include a disclaimer stating that I’m not affiliated or associated with the company? If not, what can I do to make it legal if at all possible?

Hi,
I own myself a business that has 2 kiosks and 1 location. The name is trademarked and so is the logo. It is a great niche cafe .
In a beautiful beach town where I used to live an existing cafe is for rent or sell. This included the existing business and property.
I contacted the owner of the building and the old manager left and business has been dwindling, even though they still do great businesses.
He wants to me to come in and take over the spot and re brand it with my business. I would move down and run the place and implement my ideas.
What is the best way to partner on this?
He is just the owner of the building but I would be using all of his equipment.
He offered to sell me the space but I am not wanting to purchase.
He said he would like equity possibly.
What options would you suggest to him? This is my brand and I would be re branding the whole operation.
Just looking for some options to propose to him. He would not be my boss, but just the landlord. But he does have an existing customer base and equipment.
Thanks

a Victoria Secret logo on a personalized skinit.com phone skin?
Soon (as soon as the template is up) I plan on designing a skin for my iPod Touch 5G with skinit.com. They let you use any picture you like. Is it okay to put a big PINK by VS logo on my design and buy it? It isn’t like I’m marketing them, and they don’t make one.

I am participating in a fundraiser to raise awareness about pregnancy health and we wanted to sell maternity t-shirts with our logo/message on them at some events. I have been looking for a wholesaler where I can buy the maternity shirts either blank or even pre-printed & this specialty niche clothing item seems to be VERY pricey compared to regular shirts from the little info I have found on it! Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can look for wholesale/bulk maternity clothes? Thank you!

I need help because I’m not completely knowledgeable about film production companies. For a project I have to design a logo and also write a company profile about the company. My idea was a film production company that mainly focuses on classic films with screen sirens like Rita Hayworth. My question is, do those exist, as in film production companies or distribution companies that focus on a certain niche? In my case the niche that the company caters to is more classical or vintage feeling. I’m wondering because I know companies like Warner Bros. don’t only produce one type of film.

I’m opening a family entertainment center. The facility was leased and operated as a family entertainment center a couple of years ago, let’s say “JJ”. Do i need to replace the carpet if it has the JJ logo, if I am not affiliated with them? If I don’t replace it, can I be sued by JJ’s? I am leasing the property, as is, from the same property manager that leased it to “JJ”. Thanks.
