Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I’m starting a YouTube channel soon where I plan to do makeup tutorials, beauty product reviews, updates on the latest /best priced items, etc & I wanted to do a “giveaway” (give away FREE nyx makeup) on instagram hoping to get more followers on instagram & promote my youtube page. One of the rules to enter would be to subscribe to me on YouTube & they must be following me on instagram. Then I would choose an end date for the giveaway & randomly choose a winner ! I would pay for the shipping also (giveaway would only be for u.s citizens only, not international)
My question is: is there any laws or regulations about me doing a online giveaway (100% free) using products that aren’t made by me ??? But I did buy them. Would I have to state that the items were purchased in store by me & not supplied by the company ? & that i am not affiliated with them in any way ??? I’m asking just to be on the safe side. I see it done allllllllll the time on instagram but before I do it, I just want to be sure that its legal

Sorry this is so long but I really need help. I know I’m going to get a lot of hate for this, for being a “disrespectful, angsty teenager,” but I need to get this out of my system and hopefully get some advice as well.
I’m 16, and I am convinced that my mother is the worst person in the world. She is a disgusting excuse of a human being. I know, how horrible that I’m speaking of my mother this way but hear me out, here’s why I hate her:
1. She is sexist. She says that women can’t survive without men in their lives because she thinks men are supposed to provide you all the money you need. She left my dad (who is twice her age) after taking all his money and moved onto the next old and desperate rich man. She thinks women are only there to cook and clean. She lets my brother sit around the house playing video games but she makes me clean all the time and her reason “because you’re a girl and that’s what girls do.”
2. She is racist. She hates everyone except her own race (Asian). Most of my friends are from other countries, which she always gives me sh!t for. My best friend is black and my mother says not to be friends with her because she is probably a gang-affiliated thief with AIDS. She says all black people have AIDS. She says all white people are arrogant and stuck up. I’m half white so she says I should be ashamed of myself.
3. She thinks I’m not normal and she’s always putting me down. I’m smart, ambitious and I’m not afraid to be myself like many other teens. But she says I’m a weird loser, and that I should be like a “normal girl.” A normal girl, according to her, is one who sleeps around, dresses like a slut and wears a tonne of makeup. She constantly tells me to “go fukc a man, you need it” (yes those are her words). She uses every single name in the book on me, calling me a btich, sh!thead, etc. She tells me she hates me and she often threatens me, saying she wants to kill me simply for being me. She sometimes slaps me, punches me, kicks me, scratches and pulls my hair.
There are so many more reasons why I hate her but those are the top 3. I don’t know how to deal with this anymore. I’ve called the police on her twice when she was hitting me. Once when I was 6 (I assume nothing happened because I’m still here) and another time a few months ago. My mum cried to the police saying she was a good mother and lied about hitting me, then she called up all her friends to “testify” that she was a good mother, so they didn’t believe me. My life is a living hell because of this woman and she makes me want to kill myself. In my whole life, I have never called her a name to her face, never laid a finger on her, not even to defend myself, so I know I don’t deserve this. But lately I just can’t take it. When she talks to me I have to control myself and stop myself from lunging at her. I know that if I do, she will go crazy and probably beat me to a pulp. So now that I’ve vented, I would like to know how I can handle this efficiently and how to stay sane until I graduate next year when I’m 17. Once I graduate, I’ll leave.

I saw some personal pictures and was there at events and the husband seemed so indifferent from the rest of the family. The daughter and father in law were sitting on one side of the couch, the husband on either side, sitting quietly alone.
Same at the daughter’s 3rd birthday. He was sitting among little kids, the wife was busy taking photos and was with friends.
When they posed as a family, the husband had his am around his daughter’s arms but the wife wasn’t even touching the daughter are husband
On vacations too, the wife who loves to take photos of herself is always pictured alone. The husband is not even seen near them or in background.
The wife married the husband who cheated on her openly since the start of their relationship. but never has a problem with his cheating which is sometimes open and sometimes discreet. Even if he talks about his ex gf’s sex life publicly or kisses a woman in front of her, she has no objections. Her husband also drugs and smokes weed since the start of their relationship but once again she’s did or does nothing about him.
Instead she parties a lot with her friends, moves around the town clicking thousands of her photos and uploading it on the net for public viewing/approval.
Hes acting immaturely, having issues and she’s out launching her makeup artistry business, makeup website, partying, taking photos, including appointing certain teenage girls on tumblr Facebook to take down any webpage which criticizes her.
Shes even given false news to newsletters that she’s from a rich family and not a gold digger. She did this because everyone calls her a gold digger but she wants to show people that married for love, not money.
Plus she’s unattractive, but goes around in makeup, thinking she’s super attractive. Her friends keep taking her pictures and treat her as a queen. His drug/weed/mistreatment by fans have no effect on her. She even has an official fanpage made for her, which has most of her party pictures and is she is affiliated through it because she has even LIKED the page on her Facebook account but denies to do so.
Her hubby is extremely rich, quite popular so she’s also well known,and very good looking. They are a perfect family in public.as hubby keeps telling on twitter what a great family he has, kissing wife in crowds, saying maybe is time for sibling on twitter .
He stays out of home a lot due to work but after 5 weeks he said he can’t wait to see his girls, his kid,etc, a month ago he said on twitter he wants a sibling for a kid on TWITTER!
Do you think this child talk is REAL or for publicity? If its real why discussing it on twitter with teens about how many kids, which gender he prefers!?

I just posted a question explaining my strict parents.
Background info:
I am 13 years old this year (in march)
I am in 9th grade, because I skipped a grade.
I study really hard and try my very best to please my parents, even though they don’t appreciate it. (I don’t remember dad even saying i love you…).
My mom is the one who enforces all the rules that are affiliated with “teens” and it kinda pisses me off.
I’m not allowed to wear lip gloss. (sad, i know.)
I recieved crappy concealer only for my 8th grade picture (and im not allowed to wear it any other time)
My mom said i could wear makeup at 16 or 17.
But I know even then, she’ll start yelling at me.
I didn’t even bring makeup up to her and she randomly told me the rules…
I was thinking of asking her this upcoming marchwhen im 14, but I am absolutely TERRIFIED.
Should I ask in 2 years? (I get scared of my parents a lot.)
ALSO: can you help me ask her if i could tweeze little stray eyebrow hairs?
(I was super daring) and asked her last year but she gave me the scariest lecture I’ve ever had.
And she was mad about me shaving my legs…

Today a guy called me from john casablancas and talked to me for like 20 min i was supposed to go to an audition today at 130 but didn’t because i heard it was a money scam i told him that and he told me it wasnt because they r affiliated with elite models and one of their girls is now gunna be in an upcoming movie with Jennifer aniston. I need as much information as possible about what to wear makeup and attitude because this is my dream. Any advice my audition is tomorrow at 635 pm he said he just wants to take some photos and watch me walk and the photos r free. I need advice on what to do or if i should even go. My family is struggling right now and i need the money.
