when you work for medical doctors who are affiliated with certain hospitals, what does it mean

What does it mean when a public notice has been posted, stating that a doctor or surgeon will no longer be “affiliated” with his or her hospital and or teaching institution of employment, after a certain date, as opposed to “leaving” their place of employment?

so i’m 22 and friended this 20 year old on facebook last August (2012).
one day i was just surfing the “find friends” tab on facebook and found her. her profile picture was stunning, she was a legit Christ follower, and seemed pretty cool.
on a whim, i friended her and emailed her.
so yeah, since august we have emailed back on forth on certain occasions.
she has lived in the same town her whole life, and really wants to get out and find a solid community of Christians. i feel the exact same way.
last week we discussed how God is opening doors in leading me to adventurous ministries, and this week asked her how this new church went that she visited… she responded conscientiously.
just like me, she hasn’t found her niche in life..and is interested in ministry like me. she has friends for sure, but not really any Christian friends.
OK.. so #1 we have talked on and off since august,
#2 she seems like someone who could join me in adventurous ministry…
would it be weird to suggest that her and i talk on the phone or skype??
(and FYI she lives California and I live in Wisconsin)

I read that if a dog’s poop is black or very dark brown it means that there is internal bleeding in the GI tract.
My 5 month old Yorkie has been eating Raw from Blue Ridge Beef for the last 2 weeks, and he poops normally, but the color is very dark brown, almost black, and is usually soft.
He is very active and there are no obvious signs of obstruction that I can see.
Should I be worried?

Any way we are both from Muslim families and that means we don’t get to see each other as much as other couples would. My father has a clothes business and often travels to Europe to buy clothes and I go with him so he can keep an eye on me. Which means that I used to see my boyfriend, once maybe twice a month. We don’t see each other in Ramadan either. I’ve bought him bck clothes a couple of times and we would go to his friends apartment to snatch a couple of hours with each other. Im not allowed a phone so I sort of turn up at the market when I’m free. We’ve kept our relationship secret as his friend liked me. Anyway to get to the point we would only have sex when we met each othere and we’ve only gone out for a coffee once. I’m aware he sees other girls but I thought I was the one he would end up with. He knows how I feel about him but he has never told me how he feels about me. The other week we got into a fight and he ended it, I asked how he could just throw a year away and he said it meant nothing. I sent my friends to his house (I have relatives in his area so can’t be seen) and his Mum answered (big shame as she obviously didn’t know about us) and she laughed in there faces. I’ve gone to the market but he ignores me, it turned out his friend knew all along about us and was laughing at my stupidity. But is it possible that a man could just use you like that for a year?? He is 20. I thought he’d be more grown up than that? Was I really nothing for him? I’m hurting so much, he has already moved on to another girl and I just feel like ****. i asked his friend for his number and he just laughed at me.
