Affiliate Marketing Secrets

We want to use our Affiliate Marketing skill set to develop a long term business, rather than just being a middle man. Although that’s been the convenience of being an Affiliate Marketer, but at the same time you don’t want to stress about depending on one product or one offer. You want to have a customer base you can count on. For example, in Diet space instead of a top 10 diet pill review site, like many people are doing, you might want to check out doing a free diet program. That might sound overwhelming, when you think of sites like SparkPeople and eDiets, but you don’t have to go all out and make it perfect. Just start with good and then go great. For example, a free diet program, that can even be online training, like videos on how to eat, just providing value.
This actually more fun than looking at your competitors and doing the same kind of review sites that they do because they’re too scared. The point of all this is to sell affiliate stuff on the back end. And of course, since you’re developing a customer base on the front end, you’re collecting those leads which means you can sell them, including your own products later on. You can even sell the list if you want. I’m not into selling lists because I think the list is about the relationship you have with them but some people do that and it adds to their bottom line.
Another example offer free training videos on your topic and its sub niches. This is something I’m doing on WebHosting break. For example, people who are starting a website, they may be curious about WordPress or SEO, SEM, PPC, PPV all that stuff, and want to know where to turn. When you’re at our level, in terms of our skill set, its easy to forget the level we were at once. It’s easy to forget how much value you can provide. Its easy to forget that you could help some people out by sharing information you already know.

I have been an affiliate with a website call MaxBounty for almost a year now. They have ZIP Offers, Email Submit Offers and Address Submit Offers among many other things. I was looking to start hiring people from Craigslist to hand out flyers with these various offers on them, but wanted to get a legal opinion.
Basically I would print the flyers of the offer they want to hand out (would be their choice) then would send them all the flyers. They then could work when they want and hand out the flyers where ever, when ever. They would be paid on commission so I don’t have to pay hourly and keep up with who is doing what. Each person would have a different URL on their flyer so I could track them.
Here are my concerns and questions:
– Is this a serious offense if they’re handing these flyers out?
– I was thinking of making them sign a written agreement that said their soliciting methods were completely up to them and I would in no way be liable for any damages. Is this necessary? If so, should I write it up, or should I have a lawyer?
– Some of these offers are like this: Test & Keep an Xbox 360 FREE. In the ad it does say details apply, but I have never asked exactly how all that works. Are these legal? Would it be an issue if the person handing the flyers chose one of these to hand out?
– Should each person get a soliciting license for a certain municipality to only hand out in the city? Or is this not necessary?
– If there were issues with the person handing the flyers out, would I ever be held accountable? Given that I’m just the middle man, I wouldn’t think there would ever be issues brought on me, especially considering I’m not making them hand them out in certain area. Also, the offers that the people would be sent to are not programs that are owned by me.

I have a little OC-crew in my mind and all of them seem not too Mary & Gary Sue-ish, but I’m having problems with one of them, the youngest one. Her name is Amy and she is 14, her grandmother was one of the first humans to be subjected to Element Zero (accidentally of course) and her mother received biotic powers as well as L2 implants. Later on the Alliance found out that if they played around with the genetic coding of the first gen-biotics and subject them to just enough element zero their children could posses brain power that could out smart even the salarians. However the project was a failure, the children ended up mentally impaired, or dead within weeks of birth, that is of course except for a tiny percentage of children but the project was closed down before any of them were recorded. Amy was born shortly after the project was closed, with gifts that surpassed anything that they could ever hope for. Her mother died during childbirth so she had to live with her grandmother who was bitter towards the government, and the world for her lost daughter. That bitterness passed on to Amy, who later on became a recluse, long story short, using her extremely high IQ she became interested in bomb making, and even made business selling home made bombs and weapons to the black market under the alias “Aegis”. However, her cover was blown and mercenaries who felt like cutting the middle man stormed into her house, killed her grandmother, and kidnapped her to their base. There, my other OC unwittingly save her. With no where to go and plenty of rage to spare, she basically forced herself into his crew, saying that they wouldn’t find a better explosive expert anywhere else, which was true. So the main OC begrudgingly let her join on the exception that she does not leave the ship for field missions. Another reason way the main OC let her join was because she explained to him that because of her “power” her brain develops faster than humanly possible, so even though she is a genius, there might be a large chance that she will go brain dead or lose insanity by the time she’s 20, so she really is at the prime of her life. Another problem she faces is she has to keep her superior brainpower a secret, because she knows the minute the government find out that the project was a success they would start it back up again despite the fact that it would endanger countless of children’s lives.

for the coming Sharia Law…I intend to cut out the middle man by designing, making, distributing, marketing and selling these hot new items for Liberal Ladies to wear! I envision red, white and blue burkas with American Flags, Peace Signs, a line of Burning Twin Tower Burkas and so on(I can’t give away all my secrets). My Burkas will be the first to incorporate a locking zipper over the mouth for convenience too! Whatever is HOT!…Should be a multi-Billion Dollar Industry Worldwide! I just need some working capital…Who’s game? I need some good ideas for a name for the shops…
